Sometimes it will be a little stick I overlooked and picked up by mistake but more often than not it's just pet hair that I have to scrape out because it's gotten clogged at the entrance to to the collection cup. The highest suction stopped working a month or so in and now when I try to use it, it says there's a clog - but there isn't. I was so excited to get my first Dyson and after a year, I'm shopping for a replacement

Super Powerful for its own good!

Have owned less than a year and already the trigger button has stopped functioning properly. The button intermittently and frequently just stops working. I have taken the vacuum apart to make sure there are no clogs anywhere, and everything is completely free and clear. Also, the canister is not an ideal design when it needs to be emptied. You need to somewhere work your fingers to grab whatever debris dosen't freely fall out.

The suction power isn’t so strong either, even at full charge.

Sense i ordered item on line there is no one in the store wanted to help ! I did speak with general manager Jonco in Skokie store and he was very nice trying to understand why this is happened! So he told me that I’m going to get my refund in 10 business day! I was yesterday in the same store manager Mark was looking at me like I’m crazy lady doing something wrong, maybe because English is not my first language! I don’t recommend anyone order from BestBuy on line , ones your item is sent to different address you are going to lose your money or never got replacement! I’m very sorry because I really trusted BestBuy! Also all my friends bought items in the store and they are very happy with service but ordering on line is nightmare!
