Good vacuum. We have a husky and the vacuum does a great job picking up the hair on tile and carpet.

It's rare to get through a use without having to unclog this vacuum! Sometimes it will be a little stick I overlooked and picked up by mistake but more often than not it's just pet hair that I have to scrape out because it's gotten clogged at the entrance to to the collection cup. The highest suction stopped working a month or so in and now when I try to use it, it says there's a clog - but there isn't. I was so excited to get my first Dyson and after a year, I'm shopping for a replacement

Overall pretty good vacuum, although the battery life on max power mode could be better.

It is excellent but little heavy on the palm to hold. But worth the pain since it cleans very well.

Great Vacuum! Very versatile and good power suction.

Great vacuum when it works. Have owned less than a year and already the trigger button has stopped functioning properly. The button intermittently and frequently just stops working. I have taken the vacuum apart to make sure there are no clogs anywhere, and everything is completely free and clear. Also, the canister is not an ideal design when it needs to be emptied. You need to somewhere work your fingers to grab whatever debris dosen't freely fall out.

If you have never owned a dyson they are worth it for considering the price tag

Although it does come with many parts the hard part is putting it away if you don’t already have the space. The suction power isn’t so strong either, even at full charge.

I like this vacuum but it gets clogged a lot and I have to take it apart I feel like every use.

It is great product for the price and a little heavy.

Vacuum very good on bare floors, but rugs it is not easy to vacuum

Glad I odred this way before Xmas, got a notification that it was ready for pick up, when I arrived it was not there, came back the next week after being notified again and it was not in the store according to the front checkout, they finally found it

Well, the hype isn't real. After passing on the last 2 black friday deals, they fianlly got me this year. I honestly like my $80 plug in bissel just as much. Suction is subpar. The vacuum is quite heavy. Battery life is rather disappointing.

My item was shipped to different address and it’s almost a month I never got my item or refund! Sense i ordered item on line there is no one in the store wanted to help ! I did speak with general manager Jonco in Skokie store and he was very nice trying to understand why this is happened! So he told me that I’m going to get my refund in 10 business day! I was yesterday in the same store manager Mark was looking at me like I’m crazy lady doing something wrong, maybe because English is not my first language! I don’t recommend anyone order from BestBuy on line , ones your item is sent to different address you are going to lose your money or never got replacement! I’m very sorry because I really trusted BestBuy! Also all my friends bought items in the store and they are very happy with service but ordering on line is nightmare!

love the size and how it works but it clogs up constantly on hair !!!!! definitely not a vacuum for pet hair so don't waste your money!
