Didn't deliver it to me and I don't know what is going on in Best Buy. I'm Best Buy and total tech customer for a long time.

Seems like a slight downgrade from my V10. The suction power does not feel as strong as my previous model.

Good. Not impressed for the price. Waste of money when I could have bought a drone for the same price.

Thought it would have more power for longer than 15 min other than that it’s a good vacuum

The vacuum was OK, it definitely needs more suction power to it! it was my first time buying a Dyson. The vacuum would always get clogged in the tube when vacuuming. For that reason I returned it. It was a hassle to keep stopping and unclogging it.

I received the Dyson V11 Cordless Vacuum, and I first charged it fully. Blue lights flash while charging; this took 1-3 hours. Once it was charged, I wasted no time and proceeded to test it right away by vacuuming (1) our staircase (which has a rug) and (2) three more rugs that are on the ground floor. The staircase typically gets the dirtiest not only because of use but because our vacuuming robots don't do stairs. When I did the staircase, I removed the arm and plugged the vacuum head into the part with the suction motor and dust bin. The first thing I noticed (after selecting a language) was that there were about 30 minutes left on the battery. Still, if you need it to last longer, you can select an energy-saving mode that lasts up to 60 minutes (a high-power setting gives less battery life). Thirty minutes was enough to do the needed job, much longer than our older model Shark cordless vacuum would last. The next thing I noticed was that this vacuum operates by a trigger. Pull it only when you want the vacuum to operate - so as I was cleaning the stairs and moving between each step, I could release the trigger and save the battery. This Dyson V11 Cordless Vacuum is very easy to operate and lighter than other comparable featured vacuums I've tried. After the stairs, I emptied the dust bin, and wow, much dirt came out for its first run. Emptying the dust bin is very easy, and you do it by pressing on a little handle behind the dust bin on the battery side. You release it and push the dirt/dust through the bottom, which pops open. It does a good job of completely emptying the bin with minimal effort. After I vacuumed the stairs, I decided to see how well the vacuum robots were doing (they ran today and almost every day). I cleaned all three rugs, and there was nowhere near as much dirt as the stairs had, but there still was enough dirt that it picked up to say, "At least periodically, the Dyson V11 Cordless Vacuum should go over to pick up what the robots missed." I have dust allergies (tested by an allergist), and any dirt or dust I can remove should reduce allergic responses. I strongly recommend this vacuum, which has the best battery I've seen on a cordless. It's light, cleans great, and is very easy to use. Honestly, I didn't even open the manual to set it up and get it running. Everything was straightforward. This is my first Dyson, which lives up to the brand’s reputation (excellent!).

Purchased August 31 and it blows out more than it picks up and it pushes the debris out of way instead of going over it. I didn't open and try it when it was delivered now its too late to return it.

This Dyson V11 vacuum is very powerful and extremely versatile. It's very easy to setup out of the box. There is no manual in the box, but if you download the Dyson app and register your vacuum, you can get the online version of the manual. It also has some tips for you to check out. It is highly recommended that you fully charge the battery before your first use. After everything is ready to go, I was impressed with how well it actually vacuums. My experience with pole type vacuums like this is that they generally only work on bare floors. This is not the case with the V11. It has a very powerful suction, and the brush puts a nice nap on the carpet, so you definitely have confidence it's working. You can also tell by the collection bin just how well the V11 is working. I have roughly 750sqft of carpet, and I was able to get through all of it with plenty of charge to do it over again using the MED setting. You have three power modes: ECO, MED, and BOOST. Generally, you get about 30 minutes runtime on MED, and half that on BOOST. ECO gives you almost an hour runtime, but would only recommend using it on that mode on bare floors. You also get some attachments that are for more specialized cleaning. What I really like about the V11 is how versatile it is. You can remove the pole and attach the crevice or brush tool and easily clean your car or other hard to reach and awkward spots. Doing this basically turns the V11 into a dust buster on steroids. One thing that I really like about the V11 is just how easy it is to empty the collection bin. It is very clever, and very easy to do. Likes: 1.) Powerful 2.) Versatile 3.) I purchased the Dyson v11 yesterday, charged it overnight. Started using it today, i have to say im highly disappointed with it’s performance and i dont seem to understand what the big hype about it is. The suction power is not that great for the price. Ill be takign this back!!

I had not used a stick vacuum before, so my main point of comparison in this review is just a regular vacuum. First, this is very pleasing to take out of the box and put together. The suction is very, very good, better than I expected. It works well on all types of floor surfaces, has a good amount of attachments and functionality. The dust bin is a nice size and empties easily. Charging is easy, and the battery has a pretty decent life. It generally only works for about one vacuum session before needing charged, so returning this thing to the charging dock when work concludes is pretty much a must. My main issue, and pretty much sole complain is the trigger, as has been mentioned by other reviewers. It needs to be held the entire time to vacuum, which needless to say, is incredibly pointless and bad. Not to mention, the actual location of the power switch is in a ridiculous spot. These is a trigger lock that can be used to have it stay on continually and that has made a difference for me. But, truthfully, these are issues that should not be present on a product that costs over $500. Lastly, the stick needs to be removed to empty the canister, which is an annoying extra step I've not seen on other vacuums. Overall, I really like this product, but would not recommend it to other until Dyson chooses to remedy the trigger issue. No way did a real person use this as it was designed and see no issues with the trigger functionality.

This was my second attempt to purchase the Dyson V11.. I had to return this one too. Vacuum would work if you pulled it toward you but would not work forward motion. Difficult to clean dust particles from the container or wipe the cup clean.

Broke within 5 days of purchase. Dyson website service reply was none reply at all, after stating they would get back to me in a couple of days. Would get a replacement but would most likely not to purchase their product again.

It stopped working within2-3 months and it used hardly.

I bought it and returned it after finding out battery dies too fast on carpet

Ok so this isn’t my first Dyson I actually recently got my first Dyson about 5 months ago. I put hardwood floors in my house and I had to choose a Dyson for carpet or hardwood and I went the hardwood route. It was expensive but nice cleans the floor great but the battery sometimes fully charged wouldn’t make through upstairs and downstairs and was pretty annoying especially for the price of it. Then this little beauty came out. Battery will last for an hour on a full charge! It’s insanely crazy the difference between the two. I was annoyed at first now I have two sellers are vacuums one for carpet one for hardwood and then my genius son showed me the heads were I twrchanganle from the vacuums! This right there is probably the best thing ever in my opinion all the attachments between both vacuums are able to be swapped so I kept my new one and the old one is in the closet and I can get through the whole house up and down on a charge with even more power than the one I got six months ago. This thing is a beast and worth the purchase by far. Do yourself a favor and get one.

It is a vacuum cleaner. It is a rechargeable vacuum cleaner. It has very good battery life. It vacuums up the things I need it to. Even the things I didn't intend for it too. It picks up hair very well without getting tangled up in the beater bar. If you need a new vacuum, I would advise you to buy this one. But, I am no salesman. Just a guy who vacuums things up.

This vac is great - love all the extensions. Great suction. Does a fabulous job picking up EVERYTHING. The weight is great too. My only grouse - you need to hold the trigger down all the time. Probably a battery savings thing but its' tiresome. They should really include better wall mounting instructions - my 1st try placed it too close to the side wall.

I used to have to remind the jids to vacuum their room. Not anymore. This Dyson is so easy to use and really gets the job done. We have 2 cats and a dog. They all shed. This picks up all of their hair. The attachments make it easy to vacuum the couch to remove all the hair. This is the best vacuum I have ever owned and I have owned many.

I love this vacuum cleaner because it is so easy to use and you can really bring it anywhere in the house. There’s no need to haul around a cord or wrap it back up as this rechargeable. I think it could be a little more powerful, but I am satisfied with the product.
