Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love my Dyson but the support from Best Buy is terrible, I dropped the vaccum cleaner off on Dec. 1st and today is the 15th and not heard anything from them and have called lots of times and all you you get is recording and I have left lots of messages, it did not leave Best Buy until the 10th for repair and has been in Kentucky sine the 12th and I paid for the extra warranty

It is pricey, but worth the cost for the quality and ease of use. The swivel head and strong suction actually make vacuuming enjoyable. I would definitely buy a Dyson again in the future.

Was skeptical is buying this when our other cordless vacuum died. This thing beats all the rest of them. Great suction, easy to use, easy to clean, awesome attachments.

The vacuum gives you the time left on battery charge and does a great job vacuuming the house! I did get rid of the carpet and have more tile and vinyl flooring so it makes it easier on the vacuuming!!

Easy to use on wood floors to shag carpet without losing efficiency. It has a larger canister and battery capacity that can do a 1,600 sq ft room. The best part is the digital timer that shows you how much time you have left so you know when you have to charge.

You can pick three different levels of suction. The ease of the cordless is definitely a plus so far I really like this. I did buy an extra battery and cord for it just to make sure I don’t ever run out of time.
