Great for a quick clean up of a spill or dirt tracked in! Was purchased as a Christmas present, my wife was constantly grabbing a broom and dust pan to clean up after me. So far she loves this unit and has not used the broom yet. I do not think it will replace or larger corded unit for total cleaning days because of the limited dirt capacity !!

Its the most smoothest vacuum. I cannot believe I didn't buy this sooner. Its such a great addition to the household products. Picks up dirt really well and the way it maneuvers is really good in corners. Overall great product

Haven't had it long, but so far so good. Love this thing on so many levels. I don't hesitate to grab it to do quick area vacuums so the floors are staying much cleaner. Also not having to spend an hour get the hair unravelled from the roller is a huge bonus!

I really enjoy using this vacuum and the only reason why I didn’t give it a five star rating is because after five months of use one of the sensors went out and they had to replace The vacuum. That being said being a Best Buy total member made that very easy to do. They actually just replaced it for me in the store so I didn’t have to go through Dyson.

This vacuum is amazing. You can pickup dog hair in a matter of minutes from the whole house. This model last over 1 hour. I used to have the V8 and the most it Lasted was 35 minutes.

If you have a carpet it’s not as great. It is also on the heavier side compared to other Dyson models. But it is still so convenient and has 3 settings. If you use the boost the batteries die pretty fast. Cleaning it is super easy and it comes with different parts that are super helpful for cleaning, especially if you have a pet!

Bought this for my friend for Christmas she loves it and use it almost everyday definitely a great vacuum especially for pets and fast clean up like cars and stairs also very light

Great suction! Loved it but little heavy for me, didn’t like the star button that you need to hold and I was missing floor head. After few days we exchanged for v12 super happy with it! Lighter weight and has the head I was missing in v11

This was a gift and she loves this vacuum. She was at her time in life when big and bulky was not working.

What a pleasant experience to use this Vacume! Its like playing a vitual reality video game instead of doing a chore. Finally got my fiancée to do something around the house ! Thanks Dyson for investing a superb product.

My wife hadn’t vacuumed in years due to owning a heavier vacuum cleaner. She will now vacuum multiple times a week. She loves it, and it does a fine job.
