This is my first Dyson and i love it, a little pricy but worth it.

The V11 Extra Cordless Vacuum is yet another in a series of great vacuum cleaners from Dyson with all of the power and options you’d expect from a high-end cleaner. Once you open the box, you’re presented with a ton of accessories that look daunting at first. But in true Dyson fashion, the engineering makes it super simple to assemble and figure out which tools do what. After mounting the dock on the wall and running the power cord, it will take about 4 hours or so to charge then you can be off and running for up to 60 minutes of clean time. That time, or course, depends on which level of suction you’re using and assumes you are in Eco mode (there are two others which are more powerful, but which suck down a lot more juice from the battery). The suction and cleaning power are great for all floor types in my house, from tile to hardwood to area rugs to carpet, and the machine automatically adjusts as you move from one to the other. The dust bin is sufficiently large and simple to empty without getting your hands dirty. One feature that I particularly like is the reimagined and reengineered brush roll on the motorhead. My wife and daughter have long hair and they tend to lose a lot of it. With other vacuums, I tend to have to cut hair out of the roller bar every four or five times we vacuum. Not so with the V11. The hair doesn’t get balled up in the head but goes right up to the dust bin. That’s a major time and headache saver for me. The only downside I have for the V11 is that you have to hold the trigger down the entire time you are using it as there is on real on/off switch. I’m sure there was a reason Dyson chose to do it that way, but it can get annoying. Otherwise, it’s a great machine which I’d definitely recommend.

Mediocre.. overpriced as any other Dyson product .. but that’s the era where you need to have a Dyson in your household

I thought this was very loud and didn’t clean properly. And a real pain to clean-very messy and not easy at all. Not a great value for the money I spent. I returned it after a month.

This Dyson was a Christmas gift for my daughter so I am unable to provide a review .

My first impression was pure joy about this vacuums, but after just a few months I am not impressed. The machine stopped charging. Dyson is sending a replacement battery, but how many will I go through before they stop replacing them under warranty?

Purchased Dyson V11 Extra first, battery on boost lasted 15 minutes. Traded it in for the V15 Extra , boost. also lasted 15 minutes. I decided to keep my plug in vacuum, and kept the V15 Extra for quick pickups and pet hair.

Nope didnt like it. Didnt even last a week. I recently brought the dyson animal ball 3 and that suction is POWERFUL

This item purchased march 27 th 2024 passed one year now its not working

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible customer service. They lost my vacuum and then after hours on the phone and email they denied my claims and put a hold on my account. It was supposed to be for my mom who was diagnosed with cancer to keep her place clean and free from germs. Obviously this company does not care. I’m out almost $500 and no vacuum. Unacceptable and unprofessional. They also won’t let me upload the emails between myself and them

Stopped working within the year of purchasing. At first worked great but a few months in it gives out.

Returned to Dyson…would not work out of the box. Contacted Dyson…as it’s our third Dyson vacuum. They upgraded us to the V15 upon returning the V11. Great customer service and will continue to purchase.

Not recommended for a house may be a small apartment

Stopped working after 6 months. Battery shows full charge, but nothing when trigger is pulled. It cleaned just OK, not great, before it quit.

Not the best vacum, i bought it in February 2024, and in November 2024 it just stopped working.
