I've owned the V10 for 2 years and it has been awesome. This V11 is a nice upgrade from an already great vacuum. Pros: -Removal battery: You can have an extra one ready to go for a long cleaning session -Power: Compared to the V10, there is noticeably more suction power. -Size: Very small and compact compared to full-size vacuums. -Ease of Use: Bin empties easily with the push of a lever, change Power strength with the press of a button, and a simple dock for charging. -Filter: Easy to clean filter system that keeps dust and odors from circulating back into the room. -Auto Power: I really like the fact that the V11 knows when you switch from carpet to hard floors. It will adjust the suction and power automatically, which can lead to a longer battery. -Build Quality: The plastics and metals used for Dyson products are always top notch, and the build of the V11 is made to those high standards. Neutral: -Accessories: It does come with two attachments and a piece to attach them to the vacuum wand, but I wish there was at least one more attachment included. -Cleaner Head: I really see no difference in this cleaner head vs the one on my V10 (aside from the Torque branding on the V11). I've put my V10 cleaner head on the V11 and they seemed to operate the same. Cons: -Packaging: So many empty cardboard pieces being used in the box. It seems they use the same packaging layout that the other more expensive models use because there were a lot of empty boxes that I think are used for extra accessories. Wrap-up: With owning the V10 for two years, I kind of knew what I was getting with the V11 and what "upgrades" were to be expected. With that being said, if you're in the market for an excellent vacuum that will last for many years, then the V11 will be the perfect fit. If you are coming from the V10 and wanting to get the latest Dyson vacuum, I would suggest either looking at the larger V11 Outsize, or waiting for the next generation.
