Very powerful vacuum. Great experience. Handles well and is easy to use.

After the battery started dieing on my V8 animal, I upgraded to this and this one is just about prefect. It is definitely a bigger machine, but I don't really notice that much more weight to it. The extra battery life is awesome and with the bigger bin, it means less trips to the trash to empty. I didn't think I'd really use it, but the auto power level is very nice.

WOW!!! What an upgrade over the last edition and normal model! It's so big and powerful, it might be a little too much for some consumers, but for me, it's what I've been waiting for out of Dyson for years. They've always been 100% quality, but now they can say their product is as effective and powerful as a standard vacuum cleaner. KUDOS Dyson!

Great vacuum, powerful suction. A bit more difficult to maneuver than the v11 normal size due to its large size. Great added additional removable battery.

It's great, powerful an easy to use on many ways. A little heavy so not that practical for older people or weak hands. Still with all that it shouldnt cost that much.

This thing really sucks i get new vacumes every few months because of my dog and the beating I put them threw using them 2 times a day at least the only thing I don't like is the debris container can not be removed to be cleaned but it does a great job with the auto drop down clearing 98% of the debris out of the tank

Soo pleased with this vacuum. Actually I don't get to use it much because my husband and grandson don't mind vacuuming now. No cords to fight with. If you have a large home, I definitely recommend getting this model as it has a wider cleaning path so it shortens the time to vacuum as it covers more area.

Purchased this machine in 2020 aug, it has tremendous suction power, battery life etc... However it has a manufacturing defect that the canister is too heavy and with high suction the top of the long tube connecting canister to the roller breaks off. This happened to me twice. Dyson replaced the long red tube once but after second time this happened they are out of replacement tube. I have been waiting for replacement tube now for past 4 months that I superglued the part to use the dysfunctional item with loss of stability. After multiple calls to their customer service, they have finally agreed to replace the vacuum, but with the same model. Overall, consider a model which is light weight and I think that would last longer. Would stay away from this particular model. Not worth the price and hassle.

Amazing! Comes with all the upgrades I was hoping for from previous models. Larger container, wider floor brush attachment and 2 removable batteries! Combined with Bestbuys Greek squad protection. Makes this a must buy! 2000sqft house with 3 dogs, 4 kids and this is our go to vacuum for everything big or small!
