It’s heavy and has no light + plus you have to run it on the highest setting to get it to suck enough, so the battery last 8 minutes tops - thankfully it brings two batteries. 80% of the hair sucked in stays wrapped in the vac head and the attachments also aren’t the easiest to click on and off. No worth the $1k if you get the extended warranty!

Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that in your use, you've found the V11 Outsize to be too heavy. This model does feature a larger cleaner head and full size bin, making it our largest cord-free to date. We wouldn't expect to hear that your finding the run time too short. Please keep in mind that your machine will offer three suction modes for use with cleaning around your home. As a result, we would not expect you to require using the MAX suction setting for everyday cleaning, as it is only intended for use with tough cleaning jobs and also provides the least amount of run time, while providing additional power for the job. Depending on which mode you're vacuuming in, and which flooring surface - carpeting or bare floors- you can expect run times varying from 5 minutes up to one hour.
