Dyson V11 Caught Fire - Customer Services is awful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The vacuum is awesome, until it breaks- mine caught fire internally and smoke poured from the back of the unit. Dyson Customer service is awful and the reason for my 1 star review. What should be a simple warranty exchange (the vacuum is only 7 months old) is a huge, time consuming pain in the neck. We have had phone calls, emails, they want pictures from every angle... who has this time for a vacuum. Skip Dyson. I was a loyal customer, but I am done.
