The previous vacuum was very unreliable and would hardly make it through the house without dying, not to mention the canister size was tiny. This V11 Plus cordless puts any smaller handheld to shame. We make it through our house and barely see any change in the charge indicator. The "power" is always set to normal, as it is plenty for what we need. Sometimes we'll switch it to the high setting when vacuuming the couch or mattress. If you're thinking about getting this, wait for a sale, buy it and never look back!

Good for everyday use, but if you only vacuum once every other week, it will overload the unit and may clog the system. Can't take large chunks of stuff. Otherwise, it's great for what it was made for. I use it in a 1,400-foot home. gives plenty of battery time and suction power.

They still need to fix the thumb hole when you hold on to the handle and push the button for power your thumb rubs up against the base of the vacuum cleaner which rubs a blister on my some, please fix this problem

It is very light and is stronger than the larger vacuums we used to own. It seems expensive for a vacuum but you will not regret it. I could never go back to an old style heavy vac.

Great Silent Vacuum

Great price for this Dyson! This model is slightly bigger compared with the V9, so the weight would be a bit heavier for those who care about weight and mobility.
