They still need to fix the thumb hole when you hold on to the handle and push the button for power your thumb rubs up against the base of the vacuum cleaner which rubs a blister on my some, please fix this problem

Worth the price

We had Dirt Devils and Bissel for pet hair but nothing compares to this one. Worth the price/investment! Excellent suction, lightweight and chargeable with storage rack!

A friend told me I would love it because we have 4 cats and a dog. Even when you see only a bit of hair on the carpet this machine will find more and the dirt it pulls from the carpet that you don't see is astounding. I will have the cleanest carpets in town!
