Excellent for cleaning the house on both hardwood floors and carpets. Run time for the battery is good and the suction is really great. I do recommend to get this.

Overall, it worked great for the first 4 months or so. It was maybe used 20 times. The crummy part of the vacuum is that you have to hold down the trigger the entire time you're vacuuming rather than an on/off switch. The suction and mobility are great. However, it does not stand up on its own, so if you need to move something to vacuum around it, then you have to lie the entire thing on the ground. Then it just died. I called Dyson and they were less than helpful. Multiple calls back and after talking to a manager, they had me send it back. 2 weeks later and multiple calls to them, they no longer make the V11+ so cannot do anything about the vacuum I bought (and subsequently sent back) to them.

This has worked exactly as I hoped. We bought for quick clean ups on carpet and hard floor. With all the accessories and the lack of a cord I can move as needed from job to job. For me it doesn’t replace my older Dyson which is stronger. But I love the versatility it provides

Upgraded to this vacuum after using an awful V7 Animal. The previous vacuum was very unreliable and would hardly make it through the house without dying, not to mention the canister size was tiny. This V11 Plus cordless puts any smaller handheld to shame. We make it through our house and barely see any change in the charge indicator. The "power" is always set to normal, as it is plenty for what we need. Sometimes we'll switch it to the high setting when vacuuming the couch or mattress. If you're thinking about getting this, wait for a sale, buy it and never look back!

I got a good price with the holidays discounts so, let's say it was fine. Good batery life, funcionability, suction level etc. I would reccomend it to anyone.

I have never had a cordless vacuum and that alone is a game-changer! This Dyson has been a major upgrade and GREAT gift to us as a family... It is so easy to change, handle and use. I notice that we vacuum more often because of it's ease of use... so that is great for us! I am not sure what took us so long to finally get one! I love it!

This vacuum sucks.. but in a good way. Battery lasts so much longer than our older V7. The suction power is much better. It isgetting more dirt with less effort.

Great little stick vac. Good for everyday use, but if you only vacuum once every other week, it will overload the unit and may clog the system. Can't take large chunks of stuff. Otherwise, it's great for what it was made for. I use it in a 1,400-foot home. gives plenty of battery time and suction power.
