Great vacuum. It’s a nice upgrade from what we had. Practical yet durable and does a great job in a pinch.

This vacuum works amazingly well. It is simple to put on and take off the attachments.

Works as well or better than my corded Dyson Ball! Worth every penny in our house full of kids and dogs.

This vacuum is awesome! I love that I don't have to plug/unplug a cord or hold a cord constantly. I can vacuum my house in 10-15 minutes. It has very good suction and isn't heavy at all. I have two minor complaints about it. There is no way to adjust the height so it is harder to vacuum on rugs or carpets. Luckily, I only have two rugs and no carpet at the moment. The wall mount to hang it up doesn't seem very sturdy. It's plastic and I feel like it could break off. I'm going to have hubby make something so I don't have to worry about it.

Lightweight, great suction, easy to operate, worth the price

Overall, this is a good vacuum. I was a bit disappointed to learn that you have to hold the trigger down the entire time you are using it though. It is also heavier than I expected it to be. A cheaper brand that I also have, has a light on the head so you can see what you are sweeping up better and I’m missing that feature with the Dyson. Just figured given the price and brand, it should be more light, have the ability to keep the trigger on while in use, and have a light on the head. It does have great suction power, I enjoy the docking station, it has a good battery life, good sized canister that’s easy to empty, and I enjoy not having to clean the hair out of the head.

Powerful suction, cleans even better than the 7-year-older model that finally failed. Does not have the clamps that allow you to carry two other heads with you as did the older model. Seems easier to move across the floor, picks up dirt from carpet, wood, plastic better than the older model. Don't know about hair.

If you are debating whether a fancy vacuum is worth it, i can tell you that it is. This was the best addition to the house, cleans everything, lightweight, easy to clean and easy to charge. Stop buying the $100 vaccums and get this one, it will change your cleaning life!

This is a fantastic vacuum that has exceeded my expectations. It has a ton of suction and is very easy to set up. It works great on any surface. Its display tells you when it needs to be cleaned and how to clean it, which is a very cool feature. It is not too heavy and not too light. It maneuvers like a breeze.

Excellent vacuum cleaner We had one similar bought it from dyson it broke down and we took it to the dyson fixing center. The reason why I bought similar it is because of it’s flexibility and sucks well on the carpet

Great vacuum, the new motor is more quieter compared with previous models. On sale price was only $399. Great price for this Dyson! This model is slightly bigger compared with the V9, so the weight would be a bit heavier for those who care about weight and mobility.

First Dyson I have and love it! Light on the arm. Perfect for my apartment to get cleaning done well and fast. Was not expecting how flexible it is to get in small angles such as underneath beds and sofas.

It’s perfect for medium-to-large homes with a mix of carpet and hard floors. Its suction power is strong with different tools for different use cases including upholstery and tight spaces.

Excellent value vacuum has a significant amount of power comparable to corded vacuums and is able to provide exceptional cleaning and very decent runtime. Clogs are very rare even for large debris. It’s certainly worth the money the biggest con though is you need to hold down the trigger the entire time, I didn’t think this would be problematic at first but it’s annoying and will probably start to bother your finger after 4 or 5 minutes. Outside of this it’s well worth it for what you’re getting

This is my first Dyson! Never thought I would buy one because of the astronomical price. This went on sale plus I had a gift card. Thank god I bought! This product is fantastic! Comes with 5 attachments!

Great purchase specially if you have pets. Super easy to use and the fact that is cordless makes it hassle free.

I purchased this for my 89 year old mother and she ABSOLUTELY loves this! Very lightweight and easy to use! Not to mention does a great job and all types of carpet and rugs that she has!
