Exactly what you pay for, Dyson is top of the line when you need a vacuum, great power and durability, I upgraded from a V8 to this one and it’s been amazing so far.

I purchased the V11 expecting strong performance across multiple floor types, and while it performs very well on carpet, I found that it is not well suited for hardwood and tile surfaces. On hard floors, it is less effective at picking up fine debris and can feel overly aggressive for everyday use, which makes cleaning those areas less efficient and less convenient. Since most of my home consists of hardwood and tile flooring, this limitation significantly affects its overall usability for my needs. Based on this experience, a model such as the V12 or V15, which is better optimized for hard floors while still maintaining good carpet performance, would be more appropriate for my household, so I am returning the V11 in favor of a model better aligned with my flooring requirements

Got it because it was recommended and we have one at work. Easy to use cleans good and very compact. Beats my old vaccum hands down.

I wanted this vacuum for about four months. It was worth the price. Great display for battery life and great suction for carpet and kitchen floors. Attachments were using for cleaning the car.this is my first cordless vacuum and I’m in love.

Upgrading from a V8, the Dyson V11 Plus shines, especially with its hair screw tool, which handles both pet and human hair flawlessly. The improved dustbin emptying is a welcome change. While boost mode drains the battery quickly on my engineered wood floors, the swappable battery feature is essential. If you need powerful suction and have pets, this is a worthwhile upgrade.

We had an old Dyson that was no longer working like it used to and replaced it with this one and it works much better because of the battery life and the power

Ordering online was quick and straightforward, and the vacuum was ready for in-store pickup in about an hour. The pickup process itself was smooth and hassle-free. It ended up being a perfect last-minute Christmas gift for my daughter. Great product, great price, and excellent service from Best Buy as always. Highly recommend!

a great vacuum, easy to use, lightweight. We had a similar model from 3-4 years back and I like the new look and coloring of this one. Includes a charging port that mounts on the wall for out of the way storage.

Upgraded to this vacuum after using an awful V7 Animal. The previous vacuum was very unreliable and would hardly make it through the house without dying, not to mention the canister size was tiny. This V11 Plus cordless puts any smaller handheld to shame. We make it through our house and barely see any change in the charge indicator. The "power" is always set to normal, as it is plenty for what we need. Sometimes we'll switch it to the high setting when vacuuming the couch or mattress. If you're thinking about getting this, wait for a sale, buy it and never look back!

I got a good price with the holidays discounts so, let's say it was fine. Good batery life, funcionability, suction level etc. I would reccomend it to anyone.
