It has been a game changer for me. It is a very multi-functional cleaning tool.

This was our 2nd Dyson "stick vacuum" purchase. Still have the previous one from about 10 year ago. Love the 3 different power stages for different surfaces (hard floors, light rugs & heavy pile rugs). The battery life is also nice.

Best Buy had an amazing deal on the Dyson vacuum, and the whole process was incredibly easy. Ordering online was quick and straightforward, and the vacuum was ready for in-store pickup in about an hour. The pickup process itself was smooth and hassle-free. It ended up being a perfect last-minute Christmas gift for my daughter. Great product, great price, and excellent service from Best Buy as always. Highly recommend!

This product lives up to its reputation and has done a great job for over a year cleaning my 1500 square foot apartment and two cats hair. Definitely recommend.

It works great and easy to use. I use it all around the house and it is great for cleaning the car also.

Overall, it worked great for the first 4 months or so. It was maybe used 20 times. The crummy part of the vacuum is that you have to hold down the trigger the entire time you're vacuuming rather than an on/off switch. The suction and mobility are great. However, it does not stand up on its own, so if you need to move something to vacuum around it, then you have to lie the entire thing on the ground. Then it just died. I called Dyson and they were less than helpful. Multiple calls back and after talking to a manager, they had me send it back. 2 weeks later and multiple calls to them, they no longer make the V11+ so cannot do anything about the vacuum I bought (and subsequently sent back) to them.

Great suction only sweeper that keeps up with 3 dogs and a cat. Will always have a Dyson!

It was great for a few couple months but unfortunately we have 4 dogs and it just couldnt keep up and died on us. Definitely worth if you dont have animals though for sure! Very nice and quiet.
