Overall Good Vacuum

I was a bit disappointed to learn that you have to hold the trigger down the entire time you are using it though. It is also heavier than I expected it to be. A cheaper brand that I also have, has a light on the head so you can see what you are sweeping up better and I’m missing that feature with the Dyson. Just figured given the price and brand, it should be more light, have the ability to keep the trigger on while in use, and have a light on the head. It does have great suction power, I enjoy the docking station, it has a good battery life, good sized canister that’s easy to empty, and I enjoy not having to clean the hair out of the head.

It has three power setting. This is great for vacuuming my car. I use the high power for my berber like rug. Picks up dirt that I can't see. I waited for a sale to purchase mine. It costs more than corded, but I love the convenience. Comes with several useful tools, even a mini rotating head, soft brush head, bare floor attachment and crevice tool.

I have a golden retriever who sheds year round and cheaper vaccums werent werent cutting it. This dyson comes with multiple attachments as well, making it a great vaccum for the truck too!

Great Vacuum - Wish it had a light!

Only thing I would note - if you have a dog that sheds a lot, make sure you check out the versions that have a light beam at the front. I do kind of wish I got that version since we have a yellow lab!

The battery Life in them is superb in my case. I have plenty of time to vacuum my living room and walkways or upstairs bedrooms if I need. As far as the suction power, I believe it’s second to none, it does a wonderful job picking up dirt and hair! I would buy another one just for back up or at least another battery Just to have on deck.

Powerful on dog hair

It was purchased to replace a Levoit cordless vacuum that we had great success with. However, after owning this Dyson for a short period of time I am happy the Levoit broke and I spent a bit more to get the Dyson. This Dyson V11 has so much more suction power. I only have to pass over dust and debris once with this great suction that it has cut our vacuuming time in half. We are very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend a Dyson Cordless Vacuum!

It picks up everything and does great on both tile and carpet. Battery life is great. Maintenance is easy and performance is consistent. Yes, it's costly up front but these last forever so it ends up being a worthy investment.
