Still have the previous one from about 10 year ago. Love the 3 different power stages for different surfaces (hard floors, light rugs & heavy pile rugs). The battery life is also nice.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the V11 expecting strong performance across multiple floor types, and while it performs very well on carpet, I found that it is not well suited for hardwood and tile surfaces. On hard floors, it is less effective at picking up fine debris and can feel overly aggressive for everyday use, which makes cleaning those areas less efficient and less convenient. Since most of my home consists of hardwood and tile flooring, this limitation significantly affects its overall usability for my needs. Based on this experience, a model such as the V12 or V15, which is better optimized for hard floors while still maintaining good carpet performance, would be more appropriate for my household, so I am returning the V11 in favor of a model better aligned with my flooring requirements
