Ordering online was quick and straightforward, and the vacuum was ready for in-store pickup in about an hour. The pickup process itself was smooth and hassle-free. It ended up being a perfect last-minute Christmas gift for my daughter. Great product, great price, and excellent service from Best Buy as always. Highly recommend!

For our living arrangements it's great. Works well on our vinyl floors and carpeting. Would not recommend for cleaning vehicles. The base unit is bulky and doesn't allow you to get into those tight places you need, even with the attachments.
