The only thing I would say is the canister is a little on the smaller side so it needs to be emptied quite a bit. However, the price is reasonable for this size. I would recommend this vacuum especially to someone who doesn't want to lug around a heavy vacuum.

We actually have been impressed with this vacuum over our V15 we had. Great performance and handles the hair from or pets just fine. Great middle option versus the more expensive models.

Much better battery life than our old expired V-6. The dbl size dirt cup is also easier to empty. The cleaning quality is very close to that of our Kenmore canister.

Feel like a toy

He works pnly on boost mode but continues to tell me to switch for regular mode which did not work on my carpet. Feel like a toy

The vacuum works extremely well and has made cleaning much easier and faster for me. I really appreciate its strong suction power, long battery life, and how easy it is to use around the house. It cleans carpets and hard floors very effectively, and I also like that it is lightweight and convenient to carry. Thank you to the staff at Best Buy for the good customer service and for helping me choose a great product. I highly recommend the Dyson V11 Plus to anyone looking for a powerful and reliable vacuum cleaner.

Only thing i wished it had was a lock for the trigger. You have to hold it down the entire time you are vacumming.
