    we already own a dyson animal hair AC powered vacuum and love it!.. so the cordless was a no brainer and its even better. i really like the way the brush does not accumulate long hair strands

    Cleans pretty well. Power kinds drops after using it for few months. Also, you have to use high speed to pickup small particles of trash!!

    This vacuum effectively accomplishes its purpose. The repetitive motion of using a broomstick became tedious. With a single swipe over a messy area, the dirt vanishes before one’s eyes, eliminating the need for manual effort.

    Sometimes when pulling the vacuum towards me it doesn’t pick up things off the ground, only during pushing. Other than that I think it’s great! It even tells you when you need to clean the filter.

    Great vacuum. Don't like the trigger for the on switch but that is solved with a $10 part on amazon. It's been a long time coming to get another Dyson vacuum. Might try out the mop vac when I have the money to get it.

    This is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever purchased. You must have it on boost for there to be any power and you'll get about 7 minutes of run time out of a full charge. It won't pick up everything and you'll need to hold the button the whole time which is uncomfortable. There's no light either so you can't see what's on the floor if it's dark. No clue why this product works so poorly and I'll probably throw it in the garbage. Going back to Bissell -- you don't have to hold the button, there's a headlight, and it's super powerful. You lost a customer, Dyson. This thing sucks (but not the way it's supposed to). Maneuverability is awful. I just bought it in December. Worked okay for the first few weeks and has been degrading in performance every single day since. Never again.

    I love this vacuum!!! It’s great not fighting a cord while I vacuum the house!! This V11 has enough charge for me to vacuum the whole house! I’m done before it runs out of its charge!! Best vacuum ever!!!

    I already tell everyone they need a dyson and this one is perfect. It was a great price point and helps me keeps my floors clean. I have two dogs and this dyson is a life saver!

    Awesome vacuum don't know why I never purchased it before don't have to worry about chords just have the vacuum charge with all the attachments and detachable awesome vacuum to have four house

    Not very impressed With this cacuum. Has great suction but is a bit heavy in the arm and plastic bin that accumulates debris fils up quickly and releasing it is not easy. Always feels like you are going to break the release. Woukd not buy again

    Disappointing and Unresponsive Customer Service

    My recent experience with Best Buy's customer service has been nothing short of abysmal. Over the course of this ordeal, I've spent a staggering 182 minutes on the phone, only to be left without any resolution to my issue. The most frustrating aspect of this experience has been the consistent lack of follow-through from their support team. On three separate occasions, I was promised callbacks, and not once did I receive one. Additionally, I was assured twice that I would receive email resolutions, yet my inbox remains empty of any communication from Best Buy. This pattern of broken promises and lack of accountability is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful to customers who rely on their services. The amount of time I've wasted trying to resolve my issue, coupled with the emotional toll of repeatedly being let down, has severely damaged my trust in Best Buy as a company. At this point, I'm seriously reconsidering whether or not to ever shop with Best Buy again unless this situation is resolved promptly and satisfactorily. This experience has demonstrated a clear disregard for customer time and satisfaction, which are crucial factors in my decision of where to take my business. I sincerely hope that Best Buy takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements to their customer service processes. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable customer support.

    After using the dyson, I can never go back to any other vacuum. I am obsessed, I have a golden retriever and this keeps up. That should be enough to convince anyone to buy one.
