On hard floors, it is less effective at picking up fine debris and can feel overly aggressive for everyday use, which makes cleaning those areas less efficient and less convenient. Since most of my home consists of hardwood and tile flooring, this limitation significantly affects its overall usability for my needs. Based on this experience, a model such as the V12 or V15, which is better optimized for hard floors while still maintaining good carpet performance, would be more appropriate for my household, so I am returning the V11 in favor of a model better aligned with my flooring requirements

Gets dog hair out

Ordering online was quick and straightforward, and the vacuum was ready for in-store pickup in about an hour. The pickup process itself was smooth and hassle-free. It ended up being a perfect last-minute Christmas gift for my daughter. Great product, great price, and excellent service from Best Buy as always. Highly recommend!
