They have been great, along with customer service. Shark and other vacuums I've continued to always have issues with, along with their customer service. Horrible... Dyson GREAT! Just wish didnt cost arm and a leg. Especially for a bunch of plastic. Seems ridiculous. But quickly and less headaches, costs money.

It picks up everything and does great on both tile and carpet. Battery life is great. Maintenance is easy and performance is consistent. Yes, it's costly up front but these last forever so it ends up being a worthy investment.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the V11 I have alot of hair on my floors as I have a Great Pyrenees and the 11 picks it up well. doesn't get clogged up Easy to empty I have had other dyson and they didn't have this kind of power but they did the job too. I recently both another brand and it worked at first but soon didn't do the job

Great for what it was made for

Good for everyday use, but if you only vacuum once every other week, it will overload the unit and may clog the system. Can't take large chunks of stuff. Otherwise, it's great for what it was made for. I use it in a 1,400-foot home. gives plenty of battery time and suction power.

It is lightweight, has a decent transition from hardwood to carpet, and being cordless is the biggest relief I never knew I needed. Definitely get the warranty with it!
