The V11 is better in every way except the difference in weight. It is much heavier and very front heavy. The battery last a long time and able to change to 3 different power modes. Having a display makes it very convenient to see the power mode it is in and the power in minutes of run time remaining. The display is the difference between the V11 and the V10. Glad I got the V111 except my wife complains about the weight.

The suction on it is so good especially on boost. A bit of a push when on the boost mode but you can pull it easily backwards to you on that mode. it is doing a really good job deep cleaning!

My house is mostly hardwood floors and a few area rugs / runner carpets, and it has no problem on any surface. It's actually made vacuuming feel less like a chore and now something that I look forward to because it's so convenient.

Dyson V11 Cordless Vacuum

Old unit did last 10 years with Persian cats so it was used multiple times a day. Hope this will last as long.

The only thing I would say is the canister is a little on the smaller side so it needs to be emptied quite a bit. However, the price is reasonable for this size. I would recommend this vacuum especially to someone who doesn't want to lug around a heavy vacuum.

We actually have been impressed with this vacuum over our V15 we had. Great performance and handles the hair from or pets just fine. Great middle option versus the more expensive models.

Much better battery life than our old expired V-6. The dbl size dirt cup is also easier to empty. The cleaning quality is very close to that of our Kenmore canister.
