    This is a very cheap vacuum Battery won’t last It won’t clean floors mats and carpet because it will stop running during the process. Not worth the hassle Don’t buy it If you do 100% will return it

    I cant believe I'm having to write this, as we have been loyal Dyson customers for many years. This V11 has stopped working after just 10 months of moderate use. It is supposed to have a 2 year warranty. Im learning its worth nothing. Dyson wont respond to message, since the first one a week ago, and they are not helping at all. Super disappointed having purchased multiple products over many years. This will be the last Dyson product we purchase.

    Unfortunately I bought this vacuum and when I opened it, it was like it had been used before. It had dog hair in it and I had to return it.

    I am not a fan of this vacuum. I ordered it for about a month before I tried it out and now I’m passed when I can return it. The instructions suck. I wish I would’ve bought a normal vacuum because I cannot get the casing piece back on after trying to clean it out and it’s making it dysfunctional when I try to disconnect the bottom. It just opens up and spill stuff everywhere but not opening all the way.

    I bought it on October 16 and they dropped the price 3 weeks later. I called the customer care service for price match and they literally told me that they only price match during the holiday season which is from November. I tried talking to senior at customer service and they hung up on me. Literally the worst service. Made a mistake buying it from Best Buy.

    Would not recommend...very difficult to remove dust chamber from stem to empty...VERY DIFFICULT...also seems I have to clean filter frequently (have a lot of hardwood so not overused). Had to return the v15 detect because it was worse...hard to empty and went into "floor" mode constantly when cleaning carpets. I loved my old dyson v6...seems the company quality is deteriorating

    After fully charging the Dyson V11, it was amazing , picking up dirt and hair our corded vacuum missed. Unfortunately, the lcd screen stopped working, and all attempts at resetting the issue were unsuccessful. I tried calling Dyson direct, but was told since I didn’t purchase direct from them, I was out of luck, had to go to Best Buy where I purchased it. Returned for a Shark cordless, and have had zero issues, and awesome results!

    I bought this about two years ago, so there's plenty of experience to back up my review. This was a great purchase! While the boost mode only allows about 15 minutes of runtime on carpeting, the amount of dirt it gets out is amazing: First ran the vacuum on moderate setting over an area rug that my dog is on all the time and was impressed with how clean the carpet turned out. Then I did another pass on boost mode and couldn't believe the amount of invisible dirt/dust it sucked up. Dark areas on light carpeting along the baseboards? Use the wand tool and watch how much dirt is it taken out. Runtime on moderate and eco will be much longer. We have a four-bedroom, two-story house with mostly hardwood floors (three bedrooms carpeted, three area rugs) and this stick vacuum can do the entire house on one charge. It's light-weight and easy to use on stairs or maneuver under furniture, as the vacuum head has great swivel. Because of its compact nature and various attachments, the vacuum also is great for cleaning your car. Additionally, you can completely take apart the collection canister to fully clean it. Yes, the canister is on the smaller side and needs to be emptied regularly when vacuuming our house (no surprise with a dog), but that's a minor trade-off when I consider its powerful suction / cleaning ability and the fact that I wanted a lightweight vacuum. Two years out and I'm still so happy with my purchase. I would buy it again in an instant .... but I know that my Dyson products last for years. ;-)

    The absolute worst Dyson I have ever owned and I have purchased 5 of them. This is the second stick vacuum. I had the Dyson V8 , still have it and it works way better than this one. Had this one 8 months and needs to go in for repair.

    I literally hate LG TV. It's navigation is awful. It's operating system is awful. The way it operates is awful. The picture is not as sharp as you would think it could be. I HATE the TV. I would like to return it, but it is attached to my wall and I'm not sure if I could trade it after three months.
