Granted the battery doesn’t last quite as long as needed to do everything (stairs, vents, etc), it does have plenty to do one floor at a time. The trigger not locking can get annoying after extended periods but not enough to prevent you from purchasing this vacuum.

Best Buy honored my warranty I originally purchased, and since the V11 wasn’t available I paid a little extra for this one, and glad I did. I’m 6’3” and the added length to the vacuum is a nice addition.

The Best Buy Dyson expert, Joe, really helped me decide which Dyson would be the best at our house. I have really enjoyed using this vacuum and finally reached the Cheerios hiding under the sofa. The power is amazing and the vacuum is fun to use!

Heavier than I anticipated- And, Expensive! I have another that was (almost) perfect and I thought I could improve on it. I don't think so. Not impressed with the auto setting - I might differ a bit with what It thinks is best for my rugs, and I am still trying to get used to how heavy it is to my other model.

Not good for pet hair

I was told this was top of the line, so I went for it. My sister said get a SHARK. I said no, I'll spend the extra money. The vacuum has a very small fill capacity, which is okay. The problem is there is a small hole in the side of the handle that gets blocked. I've only had it a few months and I'm not happy.

I'm sorry to hear you found that the clear dust bin is difficult to open, and empty. V11 has up to a 40% bigger bin, which means less stopping to empty; while the hygienic point and shoot system drives dirt deep into your trash can in one easy action.
