This unit is great. Easy to use, and does much better at picking up debris than I thought it would do. The battery life is better than what I had read in the reviews, but maybe the wife is just a little faster than the other reviewers are at cleaning. If there is a low point, it's in the price. The price is more than just a little high, but if you have a shiny toy at Christmas time, the prices hold up I guess. But, this vac went on sale just in time to save me some money, and sanity.

Second Dyson vacuum - had the V8 before & this V11 is insane. The medium / auto mode is stronger than the V8 on max. The battery life is amazing - a major issue with the last one. I used to only get my main floor, now I get the whole house & have 5-10 minutes on power left. The screen / display is great too! Upgraded storage bin & is really easy to dump. Comes with a lot of accessories too. So worth the purchase - I’m continue to be amazed at the cleaning power / ability compared to my last Dyson.

We love the V11 vacuum. It is really lightweight and versatile. Even the battery life was as advertised.

I am Absolutely Ecstatically pleased with the performance.. I haven’t stopped vacuuming. Music on & Dyson on arm! Comes with a bunch of tools, that are simple to interchange! I was disappointed that those extra tools did not come with a bag which is sold separately. (Small thing). The vacuum is powerful, grabs up everything. I have 2 cats & am always vacuuming behind them on the couch & the couch comes so nicely.

Can I give two high fives for this device? My husband got it for me at Christmas last year and I thought it was a crazy expensive gift. But I can't say enough good things about it. It lays flat and goes under beds, under furniture and the suction is so strong that I have to empty the canister every time. It pulls up the carpet nap and also works on wood floors. Hope it never dies.

I've had the V11 Torque Drive for 2 days now and while I usually wait a few months before reviewing, I felt compelled to write a review on this as soon as possible... My wife and I have owned a Dyson DC17 since 2010 and we have owned our pitbull for that same amount of time. Even though I cleaned the Dyson regularly, I felt it was time for an upgrade. Especially now that I have TWO pitbulls in the house. After several weeks of comparison shopping and halfheartedly considering more cost effective choices, I stopped delaying the inevitable and bought the V11. This vacuum is incredible!!! I'm serious, It's so easy to use and so very powerful. Lemme share my evidence: After buying the new unit, I thoroughly vacuumed the upstairs of my 3 bedroom townhouse with my old Dyson first. I vacuum my home pretty regularly but I do have a pitbull so the dirt container filled up to just around a quarter of the way. The carpet looked clean afterward and on a normal day I wouldn't have thought twice about the state of my carpet. On this day though I broke out the new unit and went over the exact same areas. To my surprise the canister filled up completely and the floor even looked like it had been steam cleaned. The fact that the bin filled up really did throw me for a loop. How long was I living in such dusty/dirty conditions? No wonder my allergies were so bad the last few years even with an air purifier. I went through the same process on the other 2 floors in my home with similar results. I also went through every crevice of my home that normally doesn't get much attention. My home has NEVER been cleaner than it has the last 2 days. Obviously, this is an expensive piece of equipment and I get the hesitation on that sort of expense. All I can say is that 2 days into my purchase and I don't regret it at all

I had this vacuum for 2 weeks and works unbelievably great! Very versatile, light weight but gets the job done. It is a great replacement to my Dyson upright vacuum which was much more heavier and harder to use and a lot more messy during emptying the canister. Before, I had to empty my upright vacuum outside in my garbage bin. Now, I can empty my Dyson V11 in my kitchen garbage can. No mess and no dust particles flying when emptying the Dyson V11 Torque drive Vacuum!

It has really strong suction power and great battery life. It is really easy to use.

I have been using the V11 Torque Drive Cordless Vacuum since purchased it 6/12/2022. I like a lot about it, starting with its low weight and high versatility. That said, I am not impressed with the instructions that came with it. They seem to have been written but an employee who thinks that everyone has worked with a Dyson (not me!). Finally, I need to buy a second battery to cover my power requirements. It turns out that Best cannot sell batteries. You need to use the info on the bottom of the battery that came with the V11.

Vacuums really nice, especially with 3 settings. Love not having to plug, unplug, and plug again. On lowest setting you can get in about an hour of vacuuming. Which is what it takes for my home. On the middle setting, I have to stop and recharge before moving to the second floor. Suction is really good on this vacuum for I have to empty the canister twice a vacuum. The problem is the handle. It is all hard plastic and very uncomfortable to use. I got a blister the first time because the thumb knuckle rest and rubs on the plastic canister. I've had to build up a callous to prevent that from happening again. It's not the miele I asked for, but it works well. Personally I think it is way overpriced for plastic.

Deliver on time and notice in advance. Everything is same as display online. High quality product and very easy to setup, useful mannual for use, easy to learn. Better user experience during the cleanning, quiet and operate by hands without wires. Big capacity to hold and use for many times before clean up. Can not complain at all, i am very satisfied with Dyson's product and Best Buy's service/delivery.

More power, quieter, longer battery life and larger capacity what else can you say.

Does everything it says it can, light weight and easy to use

Love my new vacuum! I had 2 other cordless Dyson vacuum cleaners and I truly didn’t want another one bc of the run time and It seemed like they didn’t last as long as a vacuum should in my opinion but my husband came with yet another Dyson and I’m glad he did bc this is the best handheld cordless vacuum I’ve had so far! Great suction and the run time is much longer. It hasn’t died on me in the middle of cleaning yet...so far so good!

The latest of the Dyson stick vacuums, charging is quick, about an hour, and you get about a 1:1 charge to use ratio in automatic mode. The most significant change from previous Dyson model vacuums is the mode select between Auto, Eco, and Super. Eco is almost worthless but it can be worthless for almost an hour of constant 'on' auto is about 30 mins and is fine for 90% of use, and Turbo will shorten battery life to 15-20 minutes but it can handle anything a plug in vacuum can handle, probably better actually. It is also a little heavy for long one handed operation but I like it, I should have waited for the price to drop 50 or 100 dollars but it will last a long time and I will get over the price.

This Vacuum is handy! Literally, the battery life is shown on the display. My wife loves this thing, she has been vacuuming the house every day and makes it easy to do the couch or cars as well! Comes with some great attachment to fit your needs. I do not have carpet in my home so this is more than perfect! Also we are able to reach high places as well!

This vacuum changed my life. The run time is excellent and it easily takes on whatever I throw at it. We have wood floors and a dog that sheds like there’s no tomorrow. We run the vacuum on Low and it picks up everything! Only use medium speed on carpets and it’s great. If you can afford It, this is the one to get.

This vacuum is expensive to be sure, but it’s portability (LOVE that it is cordless) and versatility (different head attachments) make it a great replacement for must vacuum cleaners. You may have to empty it more than usual (which I think is actually good), but you’ll use it more because it is so convenient. My only wish is that they made it able to stand when not in the charger - I’m always leaving it where it might fall over.

Our first real cordless vacuum. Works amazing well on hardwood and carpets. So easy to do quick spot vacuuming sessions instead of lugging out the corded vacuum. The amount of cat hair this thing sucks up is amazing, hair you didn’t know was even there. Enough power to do the bottom half of a two story 2500 Sq foot house with plenty of charge left when done. So far better than expected. Looks well built and I would expect it to last.

This Dyson vacuum really lives up to its claim and is definitely worth the extra dollars. It is very powerful and the fully charged battery is good for one hour of continuous use with no hiccups. The accessaries are plentiful and very useful for all kinds of ares and corners one wish to clean. And best of all it is not heavy.
