Read all the reviews before purchase. I am very happy with this sweeper. The few complaints other people had do not bother me at all. We have a full size Dyson and this is just much easier to use. The attachments are extremely to change and it does not bother me to remove the long tube before emptying the canister. So far, no complaints.

Love this vacuum. It's light and powerful. Automatically adjusts to carpet or floor. Was at first a bit upset today when it wasn't working up to its usual standard. There was a warning light and display that said there was a blockage and where it was. I easily cleared it and we were back to normal. I highly recommend it. Cost is a bit high but at this point I'm glad I went for it.

Before this vacuum, I owned a Dyson Big Ball Cinetic Animal+Allergy. It's Dyson's class-leading upright. I got this to use in my car and for quick cleanup jobs where pulling out the upright, unwrapping the cord, plugging in, cleaning up, and putting away the vacuum was too much of a chore. I thoroughly cleaned my apartment with the big Dyson while this was charging. Once it was charged, I ran the V11 over my carpets to see how well it handled. I WAS SHOCKED! It picked up so much dust and dirt that my big upright vacuum had missed. I ended up re-vacuuming my whole apartment, emptying the bin several times, to actually clean the floors.

Finally have some adult money to purchase this bad boy and no regrets! It's sleek and modern and gets the job done. I love the automatic feature where it changes suction power based on the type of flooring. It came with a bunch of attachments for various uses such as for vacuuming your car, upholstery, bed etc!

I love Dyson products and this one doesn't disappoint. It has stronger suction than the rollerball and I can do my whole house on more one charge and have time left over. The digital display is great and you always know how much time you have and you can switch between power options easily. I almost never use the rollerball anymore.

I love this vacuum, it's lightweight, has a good battery life and sucks up everything.

I bought this to replace my existing Dyson handheld. The previous served us well for 6 years and the battery was no longer charging that well. Other than that issue, the device worked very well and was our main vacuum for the home. This one improves on our existing vacuum in suction, battery life, and battery longevity. The control system that Dyson added will be very helpful in keeping this vacuum operating at its best.

Great, portable, powerful vacuum. The only downside is there isn't a rack to hold all of the accessories and they can become cumbersome.

I have combination floors in my place so it’s such a convenient that the vacuum can detect when you’re on carpet and when you’re on hardwood floors. Mind you, I had vaccuumed the floors the day before but Best Buy delivered it earlier than expected and I wanted to try it out. Within the first room, the dust bin was dirty. I was mind blown. Who knew my carpet was THAT dirty. And I had just vacuumed it. I even out of curiousity vacuumed my living room before vacuuming with the Dyson. Again, picked up so much dirt. The HEPA filter is such a benefit as well on this vacuum. I’ve noticed my allergies don’t act up as much when I’m vacuuming. Should you get the V11 Torque vs. Animal? This was the million dollar question for me. I got the V11 Torque instead of the V11 Animal for the LCD screen. I have never own a cordless vacuum and I was worried that it would die half way thru cleaning. All in all, yes you get the LCD and the extra duster tool. If you wanna save, get the V11 Animal. I don’t think it’s worth the extra $100. I haven’t noticed my vacuum dying while cleaning and I own a decent size 1 bedroom apartment. And I’m still left with 50% (assuming I was on Auto). Average time the vaccine says I have about 45 minutes on Auto. I’ve yet to use my vacuum that excessively to have it completely die on me. If you have the extra cash, go for the torque. If you’re on a budget, the V11 animal delivers the same power for $100 less.

It sucks ... and does a really well job at picking up the dirt and crumbs. We like it and its much lighter than our old ball dyson we had prior. The really nice part is that we can finally clean the stairs at every angle. Definitely and upgrade. Yes it's at the expensive side of things but we got the BBY warranty to make sure it's good for the next 3 years.

Beautiful Vacuum, easy to set up. Personally for my small apartment it’s more than enough and it’s size makes it easy to store. It’s got ton of power and suction. A lot of great attachments to use for getting into small spaces. Have vacuumed carpet, sofa and car thus far and have had great results. It’s pricey, but other than that wonderful cordless vacuum

Best Dyson unit I've owned so far. I've never run the battery out during routine use like previous one I had. Incredible suction power and with 5 pets in the house, my wife have used it every day for the past 2+ years we've had it and it's still going strong!

This is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. Battery life is good at approximately 70 minutes of eco usage, 45 minutes of normal and a solid 20 minutes on turbo mode. The attachments help me get everything vacuumed in my apartment that I need to and even my car! I would purchase this 100 fold. It is a bit pricey but well worth it as you'll never want another vacuum again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this vacuume cleaner. I have very porous tile floor and it was able to suck everything up. And by everything I mean everything from food scraps, seeds, pet fur, cat litter--you name it! I love how it's portable so I can use it on my car. The battery life is 45 minutes on normal mode with works with all items mentioned before.

Love the dynamic suction power adjustment. It is also convenient to see how long I can use. The point-and-shoot dustbin cleaning is also a wonder. Had no complaint on power as well (like any other my previous dysons). The only downside is that the vacuum cleaner is a little bit on heavier side and if you use it for long (say more than 10 minutes) the arms can get fatigued. Highly recommend.

I've discovered the joy of a lightweight, cordless vac and I can't imagine going back! We have all hardwood floors and the brush is just fine on it. Picks up everything and has a long lasting battery. I was concerned about having to hold the trigger in instead of an on/off switch, but it's no big deal. Portable, convenient attachments, truly 5-stars (other than being expensive).
