We love the unit but it died after the first use. We had a lot of dust and the internal filter said to wash it as it was plugged. We did but we did not see that you cant use the machine for 24 hours after washing. We let it dry to short of time and it fried. the machine. The great news is that Dyson is replacing the init and we are just waiting for it to come. We were amazed on how much dirt it sucked up and how easily it was to use. Other than the one glitch we love the machine!

So glad I invested in the Dyson - V11 Torque Drive Cordless Vacuum. It has Great suction and maneuverability; it’s light weight and easy to handle, especially since there is no cord to haul around and get tangled up in.

Purchased this vacuum after complaining of how heavy my previous vacuum was to carry up and down flights of steps (upper floor and basement). This one is light and amazing and cleans even better than my old vacuum. Love the accessories that come with it and the easy stand. Great purchase!

If you can get this on sale, you'll be very happy. Not on sale you'll be normal happy. This is the best and only vacuum I will ever need. We have mostly old hardwood floors and It sucks up all the dirt stuck between. It comes with all of the attachments you will need too!

Ita a good vacuum overall. Suction is solid, but the accessory holder that attaches to the tube isn't great. Battery life is pretty solid. I can get 4000sqft cleaned in a charge without an issue. Its one of those things where you have to know where you're going to put it and leave it there because you have to connect a charger to it. Overall, happy with the purchase.

Love this vacuum cleaner. I have read the reviews about having to push down a button to vacuum but I would rather push a button than plug and unplug a cord into the wall. It suctions everything and I use the attachments for cleaning baseboards. Very pleased with my purchase.

Having owned two different, cheaper, knock-offs over the years, this is a huge improvement. My first time using it on a large carpet I had vacuumed regularly with a cheaper unit it pulled an amazing amount of fine dust out of it. Very easy to use, clean and understand.

Love it! Exceeded my expectations. It’s so easy to use and the suction is awesome (i have 2 shedding dogs). I was a bit concerned about arm fatigue as I am in my 60’s but I find it is much less tiring to use than my old canister vacuum or my upright!

I had the V7 for 3 years. The battery life got down to less than 5 mins and then just stopped working. This purchase was a refreshing one because the battery life on the V11 is great! It also has better suction and seems smarter depending on what you are using it on.

As with all things Dyson this turbocharged vacuum is pricey and most of the pieces of plastic. But I love that it has indicators for how much battery is left and the battery lasts a lot longer than my V8 Dyson. As a nice little attachment holder that you carry with you on the stick. It is heavy for a stick vacuum, but not so heavy that you can't use it easily. I only give it 4 stars because of the price and the plastic. But it's good quality and it works well.

I had been looking for a cordless Vac that lived up to the hype...THIS IS IT! I have a large black dog who sheds like its his job and 2 little boys who leave a trail of dirt every time they walk in the house. This thing is lite, works great and always ready to go. So glad we made this purchase.

I have always had a high end vacuum in the last 50 years. (I’m 72). And this Dyson is the best ever for cleaning both carpet and floors; and the easiest to use. It is not cumbersome at all and easy to clean and store. My vacuum before this one was also a Dyson, very good, but not a stick.

I have a floor model Dyson Big Ball Multi Floor Vacuum so I really wasn't in the market for a new vacuum but I had a gift card that was due to expire so "use it or lose it" found me with the V11. I have a large house with hardwood floors and keeping the place clean is a time consuming task. The task of small everyday clean ups make grabbing the floor vacuum, plugging it in and cleaning often ignored. The V11 is ready all the time, just grab it and before you know it your small clean up is done. I have a lot of steps over three floors and the V11 Torque is perfect for that. No messing with power cords just attach the brush attachment and walk up the steps. The battery will last 40 min on regular and that more than matches my attention span for vacuuming. One of the best features is the dumping of the canister. Simple quick and efficient, no cloud of dust from the garbage can back into the air. I'm glad I made the purchase of the V11 Torque, it;s worth the price.

I have multiple pets and long carpet, so really debated on this purchase. I got tired of carrying my big heavy vacuum up the stairs and it was on sale so I broke down and purchased. I mostly used it on stairs (long carpet), tiled floors and two rooms with shorter carpet. I use the Auto on all but the stairs, which I use the Boost just because I want to make sure I get all the pet hair. The canister fills up quickly (hello, multiple pets) but I still am able to get multiple rooms before I have to empty. It also does a nice job of getting along edge of cupboards in kitchen. As for power, I accidentally ran over one of my children’s mouse cords and it shredded the fabric covering the cord, so yes it’s plenty of power. There are only 2 cons to this Dyson, which I knew when purchasing: 1) it’s heavier then I would like, but it’s a good trade off for the power 2) you have to hold the button. Both of these aren’t a big deal, especially if only using for 1-2 floors of my house.

I'd heard about Dyson on TV, and had gotten something much cheaper when I got my new apartment. That cheap vacuum fell apart pretty soon after purchase. This Dyson vacuum stands up to its name. This is a tough Little Sucker!

This thing is for real. The high setting is as strong as my corded Dyson Animal. The Torque Drive is worth the extra bucks, since you're already spending quite a lot of money on the regular one. Cordless enables simple cleaning of stairs, odd places, etc.

I have never had a Dyson before now but I am extremely excited about the results so far. It takes the stress away from trying to get the stairs with different and easily exchangeable detachments. It is also easy to move around without having to deal with a cord. Great job, Dyson!

We purchased the product by making several searches online and it meets and actually exceeds our expectations the suction is great it is light enough to carry. Don’t need to worry about the power cord either. Cleaning turned into a pleasure with Dyson V11 now.

This thing is a monster compared to my old animal hand held.....I like being able to adjust the power mode from ECO to Med to Boast....At the Boast Level, you get a solid 10 minutes....The Med level you get 30-40 mins....Both have incredible amounts of suction
