This dyson is awesome. Absolutely love it. I can’t believe how much pet hair, and debris it picks up. I have tile and wood floors and a few throw rugs here and there. I use it on medium speed. I can do the whole House easily on one charge. I was a bit apprehensive about the cordless feature bring so used to a corded vacuum but I can honestly say I enjoy vacuuming now and can vacuum the whole house in no time! Love love love it!!

I'm a typical guy and not really into appliances that much; I'm more of an electronics person. However, this is not only the best purchase I have made, but the only appliance that I really, really like. Out-performs all other vacuums by far. Over the course of three vacuums, it has made my carpets feel like new again. Highly recommend.

Great stick vac, hold charge well and has great suction

Old Dyson vac broke down. This one works really good. Switches automatically between power levels when vaccuming hard word versus carpet....gimmick option. Plenty of battery without the auto switching from hard wood to carpet. Picks up lots of pet hair and easy to empty the canister. Not sure if it is better than other vaccumes....because I haven't tried others...but it does a great job.

So light very easy to use. Battery wise if you use it on boost mode it goes quick. But normal use it last longer.

Easy transitions from floor to floor. Attachments are good. Stairs are easy to do now. Makes the job go quicker.

Suction power is amazing and the light weight makes allows the vacuum to be easily handled by the kids.

I Absolutely do not see myself without this vacuum!! Super light and easy to manage. I love that I can switch the brushes super easy and fast and clean my couches, my blinds and my piano. If u have pets that shed MY GOOOSHHH u HAVE to buy this. Main reason why I got it, my cat sheds so much on my couches and my German Shepherd everywhere she walks there’s hairs. This vacuum is a lifetime changer!!!

Love this newer model. Works best of all the Dysons I own. Great Power and battery is such an improvement.

My husband bought me a new v11 to improve my v8 absolute. This is the first major purchase he bought me as husband and wife for our first home together. I've begged for one for 2 years. Now, I say this with such a heavy heart, the v11 is absolute trash compared to the v8. I was excited for the adaptable motorhead, the more powerful motor/suction, and the best battery. However, it all became clear that the execution of these functionalities was deeply flawed.  Why on earth did Dyson ship engineering to Singapore from Chicago? It shows throughout this cheap machine!  1. Why would you need to remove the head and shaft to empty the unit? This is beyond inconvenient, anyone vacuuming could tell you this with the powerful motor in it, .2 gallon means you are constantly removing that shaft, emptying it, and putting it back together: annoying the heck out of yourself.  2. In emptying the new canister, I incredulously overextended the canister and it tore the unit apart because it has 4 very shallow screws holding that piece together. Literally nobody quality tested this machine if my thumb can do this on one of my first cleans with it. I haven't used it more than 5 times and this happened. (I sweep every 3 days). Dyson sent a new head to replace it which was very nice of the warranty. We put it on and now that machine is failing the operate appropriately like this new head disconnected the filter sensor or the battery and it refuses to run efficiently.  3. The charging stand makes you pull the unit really up out of it, I mean you have to be precise because it CONSTANTLY SNAGS unlike the v8 charging unit.  4. The adaptable motorhead needs more work in mastering hard floors, it's evident that this machine was more for carpet so it shouldn't be promenading as a hard floor cleaner when it still kicks back dirt viciously in the lower adapt mode for it. In saying it was made for carpet, only stapled carpets. With the v8 and v11 the suction does not regulate enough on many shallow area rugs and will stop the motorhead from running.  5. The only redeeming quality was the battery, but it only operates 40 mins on MEDIUM. 5 mins on boost. The v8 got more than 5 mins on boost and I understand they weren't the same motor, but it was half the cost and still great boost.  6. Upon struggling with it for the 1.5 weeks I've had it, my opinion is this: replace this entire unit. Recall it. It's trash and so frustrating.  Why in the world did Dyson replace their amazing engineering team with cheap labor and cheaper machines??? I'm absolutely disgusted. Dyson is spending a fraction on labor, but increased the price of the machine for what?  I want to return it, my mechanical engineer husband feels so bad that this was the gift he got me when examining its cheap, thin construction. Then seeing me struggle and compare it to the v8 degradingly has just been the icing on our new-parent cake. Completely heartbroken and disappointed in Dyson. 

This vacuum is light weight, easy to use and gets in hard to reach spaces very well

Love it. I did a lot of research and wanted the Dyson v11 Outsize or the Dyson v15, but after some more thinking I realized the v11 Torque was the best bang for my buck. I love that it comes with so many attachments, but a little bummed that it doesn’t come with the soft roller. I think that’s something I can buy after market though. Price is much better than the Outsize or v15, and for my first Dyson it made sense not to spend close to $1000 just to see if I liked it. I use it multiple times a day, my kid is a messy eater.

We had the V7 but it started to slow down so we decided to go for the V11. I am so glad we upgraded I love that we don’t need another attachment for hardwood floors or carpet it detects the difference and switches. It also lasts way more I am able to do my complete house and it still has more than half charge left. It is more expensive but it’s definitely worth it! If you are thinking about it I definitely recommend you too.
