It’s so easy to switch from regular type vacuum to handheld, with no cords It’s a pleasure to use. It also picks up very well, like I said my only issue is I wish it came with a detachable battery and an extra one other than that I would totally recommend

I love the convenience of it, the suction power on rugs is the best, it picks up more dirt than you even knew was there. I would say my only criticism of it would be that I wish it came with a seperate full rollerhead for hardwood and tile floors as the suction picks up well but I feel would do much better with a full head instead of just the brush head.

It is amazing and works as if it has a cord. I will never ever buy any other vacuum except dyson for the rest of my life. Wonderful quality, suction, filter, energy. It's amazing the excess particles and dust you will pick up with a Dyson right after you vacuum with another brand. I have a Siberian husky and you'd never know it. Thanks Dyson :)

I love using this thing. Works great from hard floor to carpet and the small rotation head is amazing for steps. Best of all is emptying this thing. Just shoot straight down and all the stuff goes right in the trash. No picking at it or it getting all over the place like the shark vacuum. Must buy product!!

WE ARE JUST AN AVERAGE FAMILY NOT MAKING SO MUCH MONEY. But guys, when we got it last July. WE WERE IN LOVE WITH THE VACUUM. IT’S SO POWERFUL AND EASY TO USE AND VERY CONVENIENT TO USE EVERYWHERE. For a cordless vacuum the battery life is great! We use it inside the house and as car vacuum.

It works very well on hardwood floors as well. But I'm a little disappointed for the price it lacks power and when you set it into boost mode you only get 10-15 minutes on a full charge. The price for this product is slightly demanding you're mainly paying for the technology that has been inputted into this device. I would only recommend this product if it got a price cut and you don't mind using it as your main vacuum. Pros are that its cordless.

I was happy to hear how pleased you have been, thus far in your use, with how well the Dyson V11 Torque Drive cord-free vacuum works on small messes, hardwood floors and your thinner carpeting. The cleaner head features an integrated digital motor which spins the brush bar up to 60 times a second. It drives stiff nylon bristles deep into carpet to remove dirt, and carbon fiber filaments capture fine dust on hard floors.
The Torque Drive has an advanced LCD screen display which monitors system performance 8,000 times a second, then reports back in real time. You'll receive notifications of blockages, have a real-time countdown mode alerting you to remaining battery life in the mode you're using, and you'll also see filter alerts, letting you know it's time to clean your filter. Please keep in mind that your machine will offer three suction modes for use with cleaning around your home. As a result, we would not expect you to require using the MAX suction setting for everyday cleaning, as it is only intended for use with tough cleaning jobs and also provides the least amount of run time, while providing additional power for the job. Depending on which mode you're vacuuming in, and which flooring surface - carpeting or bare floors- you can expect run times varying from 5 minutes up to one hour.
