This has great suction and gets the job done for our 1900 sq. ft. single story home. I got it during the Xmas sale @ $200 off the $700 retail price and this was a great price. Pros: good for rugs and hardwood, changing modes automatically from one to the other without any input from me. Cons: a bit heavy when doing the whole house. Also, a little trigger happy on the power switch, which can be a pr when emptying.

This Dyson V11 is much more effective than other vacuums we have had -- pulling up more dirt and dust that we did not even know was there. It seems to make the carpet brighter and newer! We can't seem to get accustomed to not being tied down to a cord!

Works well and adjusts seamlessly between carpet and wood floors. Used in a 800 sq ft apartment and runtime works well for this size of space. A little tricky dumping waste so there is no blowback. And the obvious - expensive. Hopefully will last a long time.

This is a little heavier than our old model but has much more suction power on high. You can see it pull stuff in when on a smooth floor if on the high setting. I also like how it turns the suction up if on auto when you go from smooth flooring to carpeting.

I replaced my 9+ year old Dyson and all I can say is WOW!! I love that it’s cordless & I can clean the whole house on a full charge running on the medium setting. Having all the weight in your hand does take some getting used to but totally worth it in the end.

For the price of this vacuum, I expected superior performance. It definitely does not work well. The only thing good about it is that it's cordless and portable so it's easy to use on the stairs. Also it can go flat to get under the bed. We have had it ~ 6 weeks. It has clogged at least half a dozen times already. When you go to empty it, animal & human doesn't come out on its own so you have to stick your hand in it and pull it out. Gross, I don't know who would ever want to do that. Versatility = 4 Star, not 5 because it is a little heavy. Vacuuming function and emptying = 1 Star My Shark worked better and was less than half the price.

After years of pushing an old antiquated upright vacuum around, I finally decided to buy this Dyson. Best Buy ever! I actually like vacuuming now. It’s no longer a chore. If you’re on the fence regarding purchasing or not, get it. You won’t regret it.

I upgraded from the V6 & I must say I’m in LOVE! I love the turbo boost option. You can truly feel the vacuum suctioning to the floor & I primarily use this on carpeted floors. I added the 5 year warranty so I’m protected until 2025!

I am amazed at how much power this cordless vacuum has. I am amazed at all the things it picks up. I vacuum everyday and am really amazed how much dirt it gets up that you do not see. Best vacuum purchase I have made!

I absolutely love this vacuum. I used to have a big bulky vacuum and will never to back. This vacuum works so well and pulls massive amounts of dust, dirt and debris out of carpet. It also works great on hardware floors.

The Dyson vacuum is handy for quick cleanups. I have a golden retriever which sheds daily. The handle is a bit heavy and it would be nice to have an on button which you wouldn't have to hold continuously. It is hard to push on the carpet but has great suction.

All I can say is WOW! This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. It picked up everything you can't see in your carpet. Works great on hard floor also. I love it. I also got $200 off. And Dyson is the best out there. I also own a Dyson hair dryer.

Best vacuum I have ever used. Easy to move around the house. Removes dog hair other vacs miss. Carpet, rugs, and the stall mats in my weight room look great.

Bought this vacuum for a Xmass gift for our house. Haven't used it much yet but so far we like it a lot. It has a bunch of cool attachments just haven't had time yet to use them all. Plenty of power and easy to switch to any of the attachments.

I really like the power and convenience. After having for a month already find myself vacuuming more often just because it is so much more convenient than lugging my Shark cannister vacuum around a 3 story home. Only draw back is the cost even after getting it on sale and using a gift card. It was still more than I care to admit I spent on a vacuum cleaner.

V11 torque, great on rugs, pulls out lint and raises the nap like a big machine. I can see how this could be my only vacuum. Only problem is my other Dyson's don't break so no excuse to get rid of them. Great machines.

I mainly bought this vacuum because of the fact that it’s wireless. This vacuum is solid! It picks up everything and is very easy to use. Definitely worth the price and if you have a pet that sheds a lot, it’s very convenient.

Has great power and variable settings. Plunger action for emptying is awesome. Easily replaced my standard vacuum for the whole house and I think it cleans even better. It is heavy holding it up for long periods but cleans quickly.

I give this Dyson V11 Vac Five stars. This is one of the best vacuum on the market. So easy to use, store, and empty contents without touching or breathing in the dirt. I highly recommend this vac. I am a Dyson person for life.

We bought this as a second vacuum for the house. We have a V10 Absolute on the first floor. This vacuum amazes us how much dust is picked up. The Auto power feature is a definite upgrade from the V10 and conserves battery power.
