    I had a shark vacuum for a little over a year and it stopped working and was awful on hard floors. I bought the dyson V11 and I am AMAZED! I vacuumed with it after I had vacuumed yesterday with my shark and it picked up every little piece of dirt on my hard floor and carpet. It’s pricey but so worth it. I am so happy and would recommend this to everyone!

    When we got it, the cleaning head was broken. We called Dyson and they sent out a new one right away, kudos for the rapid response. The filters need to be changed and you can only buy them from Dyson (that we have found). They are not cheap, but they have them. We bought this one because the 2-year-old Dyson V6 needed new filters and they were not available from anywhere. Hopefully they will make these filters for a long while. However, it does a great cleaning job with lots of nice features -good product. We would not recommend this product because of the price and the questionable ability to continue to get the required filters.
