They seem to break and I just keep getting a new one. I’m glad I bought the warranty for each but they shouldn’t be breaking down within a year, especially with this high price tag. It works as expected when it’s not broke. I do like the ease of use. If you use the highest level of suction than the battery dies very quickly. That needs to be fixed!

Lots of carpet, hardwood and tile. Works well on all surfaces. Love the new operations window on top providing time and info. I still like the V10 Absolutes super soft brush head for any of our hard floor surfaces.
