It is far from being cheap, so you expect a lot. My first challenge was going from a wood floor to an area rug. The rotor stuck , and stopped spinning. It says it adjusts to different heights easily but in my experience it’s not so. I did get it to work but in my mind it should have been able to continue without stopping, as it was a thin rug. I have not used the accessories as of yet, so no reviews on those. I expected more than it delivered , so far.

The new led display with timer is super helpful when cleaning so I know how much time I have left to vacuum. More importantly, the auto mode lets me use the v11 to fluidly move from surface to surface and clean everything from floor to furniture.

Lightweight Vacuum

I called the manufacture today but with the COVID issues long wait as I know this has a one year warranty. Otherwise the vacuum is excellent, picks up a great deal, lightweight. I love the power boost. Just wished the power boost would last longer.

For the first 3-4 years before they seem to drop drastically in performance. But they definitely clean better than a standard vacuum. My biggest complaint with this version we bought is the way they designed the mounting bracket. The angle and force that’s applied puts too much stress on the wall mount, and eventually the drywall gave out. The previous dyson vacuums we had were better designed and we never had this issue.

It's more flexible and relatively easy to empty the rubbish. Just in case anything goes wrong, I also bought the Geek protection plan for peace of mind, being that this was over $600.
