Convenient and easy to use. Hard to hang because its so top heavy

My first time owning a Dyson. The first one purchased had a glitch, but Best Buy exchanged it quickly and with no hassle. I can’t say enough great things about it. It’s light and easy to use.

This is a significant improvement over the V8. Battery lasts a long time and it overall vacuums deeper into the carpet. Versatile and efficient. The battery life is shown on the screen which is very handy.

Worked great up until the motor/trigger connection component went completely out 2 days after 2 year warranty expired.

BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST DYSON BUT IT IS GREATLY IMPROVED OVER MY LAST ONE. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS ONE.

Really convenient for kitchen, bathrooms, stairs and other small rooms. Probably will have to replace our corded Dyson with the bigger V11 broom stick for larger areas. This thing rocks!

The convenience of replacing the long stick with a short attachment is great. It takes a long time to charge so it’s best to keep it fully charged when not using because if it dies while you’re cleaning, just wait until tomorrow to finish. Dumping the dirt can be messy.

We love the convenience of this vacuum! Touch-up, a spill of dry material, cat hat on a piece of furniture - it does it all. We have 3 of these and would definitely recommend!

This is the best vacuum I’ve ever used. The one thing is if you have a larger house with a lot of carpet then I may not allow you to vacuum everything before you need to charge it again.

So far, so great. I'm old. I just can't drag and push regular vacuum cleaners around anymore. This Dyson cordless has been soo much easier for me to use. Good Job!

This machine far exceeds my expectations. We owned the V10 prior to this and felt there could be no improvement. The updated features of this machine make it a dream to use!

My new Dyson vacuum is super. It does what it promised and I love it. A house guest of mine tried it out on my carpet and bought one online immediately. I also just recommended it to my boss who has 3 cats.

Purchased this vacuum for the flexibility to clean small areas and it has now become my go-to for all my needs, replacing my upright. All the attachments are perfect for vacuuming upholstery and blinds.

Staff was great. Product works super!! We looked at several other stores and Best Buy had the best buy on our Dyson! Thanks for lots of help from a very courteous staff.

Super strong vacuum. Make sure you buy the extra warranty. This vacuum falls over every time it’s leaned against the wall. It cracked. But no problem. Received a new on.

Haven't used it yet...Mother's Day gift. It has been removed from the box and ready to use. Will most likely use the vacuum this weekend for the weekly clean up.

I haven’t tried it yet but I’m sure it’s going to take care of the job . I just spent over 5 k in Best Buy aNd I’m still planing on buying more stuff for my new house

Never thought to buy an expensive vacuum but I have to say it’s been the best purchase I ever done, dyson does a terrific work in engineering and design, it really cleans as anything you seen!

Happy wife happy life, she loves this vacuum that she uses for her residential cleaning business. And CSR is great when there’s an issue
