Item worked well for about 6 months. Motor was good but not great compared to the price range. Best Buy worked with me and fixed the issue. Get the heavier one for a whole house but will be perfect for apartment.

Works mostly as intended but the largest accessory, the high powered brush, will often get stuck and for a lot of people, including me, will not be able to get it unstuck without a lot of effort if lucky. The part cost quite a lot by itself and looking at contacting Dyson to replace the problem suspect.

My wife and family love the quality and convenience of this cord-free vacuum. Now we just need to get one for each floor of our three bedroom townhome!

We recently had hardwood floors installed throughout our house and were looking for something to use daily that would keep the floors cleans. The V11 was perfect for our needs.

I love this vacuum because of its durability and, as an added bonus, it's cordless which has allowed me to use it for my car and other had to get to areas!

We really love our new Dyson V11 Torque Drive vacuum cleaner. It does a great job, very easy to operate, and the quality and design Is top notch.

Love this sweeper for hard surfaces. I don't use on carpeting. It is to strong it unravels the yarn.

A little heavier base than the animal but excellent performance and absolutely love the 3 power modes and automatic switch for each type of flooring.

Works really great. Very pleased! So nice getting job done with out the plug in cord to deal with.

Easy to use and yet, very strong. No worries about cables or where to plug in. Allows for free movement and quick use at any time.

Absolutely love my new Dyson vacuum! It is life changing. Glad I got the V-11 as I think the Outsize would have been too heavy.

This is my third and the best yet. They are all still functioning . This model is a beast. Does everything in half the time and effortlessly.

My husband rant and raves how much he loves his Dyson. I’ve been trying to get this for years. Now he can’t understand why he waited so long.

Great vaccuum. It is easy to use and pretty light weight. There is a crazy amount of different attachments. 4 stars because the suction power isnt as mind blowing. (or sucking) There is no test on longevity or durability of the product yet!

I have two dogs with one shedding so much and one cat whom of course sheds as well. It is the best thing to use daily for the pet hair.

These are the best quality there is out there. Thank you Best Buy for giving us the opportunity to obtain one of these!
