    Not holding charge after 10 months, no support

    Do not buy; quit after 10 months, and Dyson will not respond to any requests to fix. For this price point, the Customer Service and quality are very low. It worked ok for a few months, clogged often, would not hold a charge. Now it will not turn on or charge and the only thing you get is a text message to talk to Dyson, no person, no help. I have followed all the text prompts, told the someone will get back in 24-48 hours. They never follow up. When you follow up in the text, they transfer you to a chat that no one is available or answers. You are then asked if you would like an email, answer yes, and get someone to reach out in 24-48 hours. And they don't. Do not buy Dyson products if you expect warranty service.

    I really love this for floors.. have only had it since 2020 the power button is sticking and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't

    I am only giving it three stars because the handle to release the trash gets jammed when trying to open the container. I am not sure why

    Very noisy and suction on carpet was too strong making it very hard to move across the floor. Also there is no way to charge an extra battery with the vacuum in the wall caddy. Way too expensive for these issues. The older ones were better.

    Good Luck Trying To Buy A Spare Battery

    Great vacuum BUT Best Buy makes it an absolute mystery how to purchase a spare battery for this very expensive vacuum cleaner. The single battery that comes with the vacuum doesn't last long enough to use in our house and most people will need to buy a second battery for this cleaner. Does Best Buy not sell batteries for this cleaner? I sure can't find one on their website.

    Best vacuum I've ever used. It has great suction, the beater bar head adjusts automatically to different floor covering types, it's very quiet, the battery lasts a long time, and it comes with every attachment you can imagine and a few that I'm still trying to determine their purpose, LOL. The head fits underneath furniture and it sucks up dog and cat hair like a champ.

    The trigger won't stop going off even after I let go of it. The trigger needed to be pulled out and held there for it to not start sucking. Waste of 500$!

The Dyson V11 cord-free vacuums are our most advanced machines to date. They feature twice the suction of any cord-free vacuum. You also have the benefit of whole-machine filtration, to prevent dust, allergens and bacteria from leading back into the air you breathe. The high torque cleaner head features a Dynamic Load Sensor (DLS) system, which automatically changes the motor speed for different floor types. This helps drive bristles deep into carpet to remove ground-in dirt, and capture fine dust from hard floors and crevices.

    Torque head failed then motor head failed

    Within 4-5 months Torque head failed. Since it was on warranty they had to replace the parts. But they took more than a month to replace the torque head, then the motor head failed, it’s been more than month since requested, they are yet to replace the part. Even if they replace now I had to be without a vacuum cleaner for about 3 months Unless I buy a backup and loosing the warranty period. Doesn’t worth $500 just for the brand name and don’t wanted to buy a backup. A $40 from Walmart would do wonders and if it stops working I can buy a new one.

    We have purchased 3 of these and thus far every one the screen stops working sent back and stain up holds warranty and sends new one as of today still broke again waiting to send back in for replacement don’t buy this one not worth 600 plus

The V11 Torque Drive model has an advanced LCD screen display which monitors system performance 8,000 times a second, then reports back in real time. You'll receive notifications of blockages, have a real-time countdown mode alerting you to remaining battery life in the mode you're using, and you'll also see filter alerts, letting you know it's time to clean your filter.

    I am beyond disappointed with this purchase. I cannot write enough words to describe the poor performance. It's marketed as a powerful cordless vacuum and nothing could be further from the truth. I've owned multiple Dyson vacuums through the years and assumed this would be of the same quality. Nope. The airways become clogged every 5-10 minutes of vacuuming and this is AFTER I've swept the floors with a broom and dustpan. I've now resorted to vacuuming with my original large Dyson and never use the Dyson V11 Torque Drive. I am hopeful Best Buy will refund the purchase price.
