    I am on my 3rd unit in less than a year through warranty replacements from Dyson in only a couple months. Same problem each time. Connection between the tube and the head unit. V10 was amazing. Figured this would be a nice upgrade. Expensive mistake. Should have just stayed with the V10. Don't waste your money on this one. Go with a V10, or wait for another revision. They missed the mark with this one.

    Received this as a Christmas present but returned it once I found out how expensive it was. More than my regular vacuum. Not worth it!!

    The perfect vacuum! I love how versatile this vacuum is, it comes with many different attachments that you can use depending on what you’re vacuuming. I also love how easy it is to just grab this vacuum and start using it without the need to worry about a long cord. Great buy!

    I spent 875 with taxes and warranty for this vacuum( Dyson cordless v11 torque), it doesn't pick up normal child messes, no even cereal from floor, after a year of moderate use, it just stopped working out of nowhere, and Best Buy nor Dyson customer service have been kind enough to help me.

    This is my 3 Dyson. I had v10 replaced twice and then I decide to go with v11 thinking it’s a better design, and they all have flimsy plastic stick and batteries that won’t last more then 6 month literally falls apart no more Dyson for me

    Trying to find out who I need to call.

    This is the second dyson I have bought this one December 2020: the switch won’t work battery is charged but it won’t come on. The other one lasted about the same, $550.00 is 2 much for a year and a half, I haven’t reached out because I don’t know who to contact. No fault of Best Buy.

    Dyson V11 not worth a darn for more than 2 years.

    I purchased this vacuum January, 2020. It no longer works. Dyson said the main body needed to be replaced and since my warranty had expired they can only offer me a 50% discount on that part. I recommend not being fooled by their marketing. There are better products out there at an affordable price.

    This vacuum worked out very well for exactly 12 months and then it stopped working very disappointed for such an expensive vacuum it only worked for one year I am hoping Dyson will do something. If Dyson will not do anything I will never buy another Dyson again

The cleaner head on your Torque Drive features a suction control slider right at the head, along with the three suction modes on your machine.     I had to return 2 of them. Both just stopped working. Dyson sent me the next model up after the other 2 kept not working correctly. The new one seems to be okay now. They back their products and they paid all return costs.

    I love everything about it except something came loose and it turns on automatically without pushing the button. I can press in the battery and it turns off. But it is a small inconvenient. I do like the power, battery life, everything.

    I purchased this vacuum because I’ve heard good things about them. After using it for a couple times it would plug up very easy and would take like 10 minutes to unplug it. I also didn’t like how hard it was to push. I returned it a bought a shark and love it.

The Dyson V11 features a seven-cell nickel-cobalt-aluminum battery that has the fade-free power to clean here, there and everywhere around your home. 14 cyclones generate forces of more than 79,000g to fling microscopic particles - such as pollen and bacteria - into the bin. The motor, bin and cyclone are aligned, so air is drawn into the cyclone in a straight line - helping to create powerful Dyson suction. V11 also features a fully-sealed filtration system to trap 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns - expelling cleaner air.

      We wouldn't expect the V11 to be hard to push. The Torque Drive and Animal models both feature three levels of suction power as well as a suction control slider at the front of the cleanerhead, which allows you to make adjustments, depending on what type of flooring you're vacuuming, or the size of the debris being picked up.     Used it twice, now the battery won't recharge.

    Battery lasted 2 charges, and now it won't recharge anymore. We followed Google advise on what could be the cause, but it didn't fix the issue. Will go to a V8.
