Great vacuum, excellent suction, battery is 15 minutes on highest setting, and it is amazing for several years to use

Just when I thought Dyson couldn’t improve on the product they came out with the V11. I moved up from the V6. The laser light isn’t a gimmick, it works and works well. This is my fourth Dyson and I wouldn’t use any thing else. Have 2 fan/heaters, hair dryer and curling iron. Yes I like Dyson products

First let me say this is an amazing vacuum. The suction is better than any other vac I’ve ever owned. It’s easy to use and makes cleaning quicker- so I can move on to better things. BUT! The trigger setup is not working. I got mine for Mother’s Day 2019. The trigger broke, leaving the unit w o power after one month. The store gave us a new one. Then a few months later. The same issue. We had to send it away to be cleaned. Now I’m on my 4th time sending the unit to be fixed. I’ve had to purchase a second vacuum ( not a Dyson) so I can clean while the unit is being cleaned. The issue is the trigger. They need to make an on off button and get rid of the trigger- and just fix the known issue. We spent 700 dollars on the unit then another large sum for the insurance. I’m extremely disappointed in this purchase and sincerely wish we hadn’t gone with a Dyson.

This is one of my best purchases. It has a strong suction power and the battery last long. It is so convenient and efficient. I highly recommend it.

You will not be sorry you bought this vaccum. $700 is a lot for a vaccum but it’s the best one you’ll ever own. I had just vacuumed with our Shark prior to purchasing this and I was shocked by how much extra dog hair this Dyson picked up. The floors truly feel clean. I vacuumed my entire house (2300 sq ft) without the battery dying. I also love the new design for emptying the canister. No need to reach inside and get your hands dirty.

Great vacuum but had to replace all parts under warranty or extended warranty within 2 years. Parts have broke over time more than would expect. Vacuum suction has not been as great as other vacuums especially on hardwood floors.

I have EVERY version of this vacuum since they came out! We have one in our vacation rental, our house and our garage. Works great on tile! Love that I can see battery level!

Worked like a charm until it stopped charging. Never dropped or anything crazy. Not sure what happened but I did get some years out of it.

Nice and great suction. Battery life is good for non carpet & small hallways. Too heavy for a trigger on, off. I got a cramped up hand. Hello Dyson? You can buy transportation for the same price. Many are for less just as good.

Love this cordless vacuum! We can do our whole house - upstairs and basement without losing power. My husband thinks it's fun to vacuum.

Ok cordless vacuum but not worth the price premium. Battery dies right when warranty ends. Suction insufficient for small debris and even with attachments struggles to handle corners

Great vac. Works great for such a light vac. Really perfect for a 1/2 vac and powerful. Glad I finally Made the purchase.

Great vacuum, decent value. This thing works great and cleans a lot. Only complaint is the lack of removeable battery, so I might suggest looking at the V15 if you have a larger home, or lots of hardwood flooring. For apartments, condos or duplexes, this is a great option!
