    Lasted for less than a year and contacted Dyson support only to be told the piece that was needed was on back order and they didn’t know when it would be available. So I was stuck with a vacuum that would immediately turn off after being turned on. I held on to it for about two more months before realizing the piece would never be available and tossed it in the trash. It’s almost 4 months since I contacted them and still haven’t heard anything nor is the piece available. I’ll never buy another Dyson product again because the warranty is obviously a joke like their so called customer service.

    Laser detect works great. Vacuum in the dark fast knowing exactly where you have and have not been. No wasted time going over the same spot twice. Works best on hardwood floors where the dust and pet hair are really easy to see.
