the carpet head stops every few seconds causing me to use the start stop button every-time. Frustrating

Wow. Light. Powerful Very easy to move and get the corners

This thing is pretty awesome. The laser does expose dust and pet dander which can give the cleaning freak some anxiety, but all things considered is totally worth it. Easy to just grab and go which is nice. No cords to mess with. Great for furniture and stairs. Only draw back is the battery life but can usually complete what needs to be done within a fully charged battery life. Overall would recommend if you love clean floors and definitely if you have dogs and hardwood floors.

Solid vacuume glad the trigger is gone with this model, anyone with arthritis or grip strength issues will agree this is huge! Full hour of battery is also fantastic, my 2014 model was running for about 6 minutes on full charge. Light weight, lcd read out, worth the price.

This is the best vacuum I have ever used. Lightweight, good suction, the rotation of the vacuum head actually goes around corners and even without a hose can clean under a bed.

This vacumm is pretty good overall, strong suction, quiet, and very functional for different applications. My only complaint is that the battery life isn't very good. Vacuuming my couch, and about 800 sq feet of space. Is enough to nearly deplete the battery completely. The waste compartment is also quite small. Other than that it's great. It does it's job.

This vacuum is amazing. You can see the dust and hair on the floor with that green laser that you would have never known was there. Definitely worth the investment.

It has plenty of power and battery life. I can easily vacuum my entire house on one charge. The canister is enough to only need to empty it once per floor.

Very light weight and easy to use. Battery life can be extended by utilizing power level option appropriate for the given job. Glad we bought this brand and model.

Suction power great. Noise level high. Container fills up fast and you have to remove the stick every time you empty it . Only bought it because of the weight and back issues.

I have been using a knock-off brand for years that I thought was pretty good. Those finally lost suction so I decided to try my first Dyson. Wow. What a difference! This thing leaves my floors as clean as my cleaning lady's Rainbow vac. I have a Roomba that runs three times a week also but for spot cleaning and incidentals this thing is da bomb!

Excellent product. Easy to set-up and use. Really good for hardwood and low carpeting.

It’s easy to use, to clean it and not heavy Long life for the battery, you can do 2-3 floors without problems

The Dyson makes my cleanings so much easier & quicker. The green screening helps out so much on showing the missing residue left behind & picks up nicely, I only have to go over my floor once! Best purchase I’ve made.

Really happy that I purchased this vacuum! It cleans amazing, the only negative is the dust bin is small I do have to stop and empty it out a few times while I vacuum. But overall it is a great vacuum and would purchase again!

My husbands says 6 stars! This is the best vacuum we have ever had including the first dyson we bought 5 years ago. Its suction on both carpet and hardwoods is amazing. I have no negatives at all.
