Been having this vacuum for two years and still going strong. I have used it to clean my house (with pets) and to vacuum my car and it has been amazing so far. Love all the compartments and the battery life is good.

Had been buying cheap, “disposable” vacuums for a while but had gotten tired of the quality and capability of them. Tried this one and couldnt be happier. Surprised, and a little disgusted actually, at just how much this picks up compared to other vacuums.

Shoddy construction- the various parts fit together very badly and the vacuuming performance was pretty poor. This coming from a long time fan of Dyson products. It was so bad, I returned it after 2 weeks to Best Buy that would only give me a $115 credit on this expensive machine. Bad customer service by Best Buy!!!

My favorite thing about this Dyson vacuum is the weight of it. Much lighter than my other vacuums. What I don’t like is the power is not as strong as I was hoping for with a Dyson. It also does a poor job on rugs, unless very low pile. So I only use this for light jobs on hardwood floors. I have to use my heavier vacuum on bigger jobs. Not sure I would spend this much next time for a so so vacuum.

This is a fantastic product. Sucks everything off the floor. As that is the goal, with that light that shows every piece of dirt and dust on the floor, my wife happily spends hours picking it all up. Easy to clean as well. Very satisfied with this product.

This vacuum is top notch. very light and is easy to control.

The wife wanted one that sucked good. We tried the V15 but it didn't have the on/off button. this one does and is lighter for her. She has arthritis and can hold on to this one better. Even though it says it has 1.5 times less sucking power than the V15, it still does a great job on the dog hair. The sister in law has the same one and she likes it too

Light weight powerful enough for hard flooring and Laser shows particles not easily seen. Only downsides are only one battery in package and fluffy head is smaller. Would have been even better if it came with two for swapping out and smaller fluffy head requires more strokes. Love the push button on switch vs having to hold the trigger on the other models

It's just amazing machine! My Mom can't leave without it(: Thanks Dyson for this unrealistic Vacuum.

Best vaccum we ever had. Light weight and super finctional

Wish the battery life was a little longer, if you don't keep it plugged in all the time it doesn't seem to hold the charge well. Besides that, we love this vacuum. Light weight, easy to use and clean, strong, plenty of attatchments.
