Like this vacuum, all it's functionality but it is a bit too pricey.

Light and efficient. Easy to use. I like how it tells you what kind of dirt your picking up. Only minor issues is it dosen't pivot to well when you bring it close to you.

We were looking for a cordless vac and went to the store to look at the options. Best Buy had so many brands and options on display and helpful associates to help us make our decision. This vacuum makes cleaning upstairs and downstairs so much easier.

After purchasing different brands of vacuum cleaners this tops all of them. This vacuum picks up anything and the detect feature is awesome. I will not ever buy another brand

I feel like it pushes a lot of dirt around instead of picking it up. I feel like for $1000 it should pick up little pellets of cat food. I’ve been using it for over a year now and I use it like a broom… pushing things I know it won’t pick up into a pile. It definitely works better on “boost” mode but that only lasts 5 minutes until you have to charge again. I love the cordless aspect of it but it doesn’t hold a charge for very long.

Very good but $550 great? My first Dyson and yes it sucks. It picks up dirt like it should. The battery with regular vacuuming will never last 60 minutes. Maybe on eco mode but who wants that, give me power get job done. Easy to care for and clean. Very light and easy to use.

Works great and comes with a lot of attachments so you can choose the right one for carpets, wood floors, upholster, etc. and is lightweight and easy to use.

The vauum takes up much more space than the original and it actually isn't as strong for my old home wide plank pine floors! Even on max it doesn't suction as well as my original one. WAY TOO much $ to waste. The laser thing is cool but it shows particulars even after mopping so not sure I trust it. Also, all the parts do not attach to a wall mount and so you have parts on the floor that you trip over (not a reason to not purchase, but for the price they should think of these things, IMO). I have my original one that I replaced the battery and still perfer! I'm very surprised. I just hope Best Buy will help us return this when I go into the store. IDK. Not pleased,

Great vacuum but a bit pricey could have been a little cheaper

We’ve used it for almost a month now and absolutely love it! Even better than expected!!! It’s amazing the dust particles the laser illuminates.

Have owned several Dyson products and this is our fourth vacuum. We have two full size at our homes but needed a smaller one for our boat & car. Works great!

This is a great vacuum, powerful compared to its size and very easy and practical to use. I have a Kirby Avalir 2 and it is almost as the Kirby im impressed.

The best! The green light to see the dirt is amazing. Perfect Battery time, amazing quality and for me the best part is that feels very light in my hand.

Altough it is a bit expensive, the vacuum is light and very helpful. It has good suction that helps pick up lots of dirt/debris from the ground.

The product is light and easy to handle. The power of suction is impressive. I don’t have any pets at home, but the result of cleaning the house is great.

Great cordless vacuum. Dyson is the best. Powerful suction, long battery life, great assortment of accessories, & the detect lighting is very useful.

Once you use this vacuum with the invisible dust detector you’ll never be able to use anything else. Your floors will truly be the cleanest they’ve ever been.

I’ve never had a better vacuum. Picks up pet fur like a dream. Lightweight and holds a charge. Definitely worth the money. Easy to clean out the attachments. Hair doesn’t get stuck around the brush!! 10/10
