Purchased this vacuum for my wife, as we do not have a lot of carpet in our home, but our hardwoods always seemed to have dust and pet hair on them. We own two dogs in a shed not a crazy amount, but enough to produce allergy symptoms for us all, including my two-year-old daughter. The laser detect feature is amazing because it helps you to visualize all of those small particles that you normally would not be able to visualize. That way you can ensure that you got everything. I love the feature that shows the micron sizing of everything that is sucked up into the vacuum. It really helps, a lot to identify types of allergens. We have in our home and helps mitigate the effects of these allergens on my family. My house has a lot of area rugs and they are well cleaned with this vacuum. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for someone who has very thick carpeting. I would give it five stars but I do not like the accessory, mounting, as certain accessories do not fit, and you can’t hang them all in the charging case provided. That would be the only downside for me. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with the purchase and I would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have a lot of carpet or has rooms with area rugs. If you have hardwoods and area rugs, this is the vacuum for you.

The Dyson V12 is great, works well and picks up a lot of dust. Only issue i've experienced is that with the fluffy head, it sometimes throws dirt backwards.

Love this vacuum! We had an older Dyson model and it was time for an upgrade. This thing is so powerful and will clean almost anything. The only con is that even with a full charge it will only display 30 minutes of available run time vs. The advertised 60 minutes.

Is a good product but had its issues. Filters plug very quick and easy no matter how often you clean. Dyson isn’t what it once was.

Yo, this vacuum is straight outta your favorite sci-fi flick, series or game! Durable, fun to use and gets the job done proper. I seriously feel like I can breathe better. My air purifier isn’t going to snatch up what’s on the ground and all the BS I normally wouldn’t see is picked up by this vacuum. I would definitely appreciate a longer battery life but I’ve just decided to buy a spare so problem solved! As a first time Dyson buyer and first time vacuum owner I’m glad I picked something premium. 2yr warranty doesn’t hurt either. The app is detailed and goes over every little thing you could possibly think of. Vacuuming doesn’t need to feel like a chore. Strap in and enjoy what this vacuum will provide for you and your home.
