Big dyson fan have a ball animal but this is so much better light and easy to use the green Lazer shows all dirt dust and picked it all up outstanding

It’s very good. We love it. Very light and easy to use.

Size is very good, however, suction power is less than the older version V10.

I can’t give 5 stars yet, I just bought it and it is Still new and works excellent.

Easy to assemble, easy to use. It’s very light, so we are using it on all four floors. Our other vacuum cleaners have barely been touched since we got this one. Great for picking up dog hair too.

Lightweight but powerful vacuum. Love it’s portability

First of all, to be fair, Dyson’s support representatives are very professional. However, this is likely because they contract out their support. The reps are nice and sympathetic, but Dyson does not care if you have a product that cannot be fixed by any amount of troubleshooting. What do you get when you buy a $700 vacuum cleaner? If it’s a Dyson V12, you get a defective product that will fail after several months of typical use. Here’s what will happen: your vacuum will shut off 1 second after starting it. You can repeatedly restart it and it will repeatedly shut off. After 5 to 15 retries, if you are lucky, then it will (maybe) finally run. So how do I justify proclaiming this as a defective product? Well, this is the SECOND V12 I have had that exhibited the exact same failure sequence. So, you might expect a company that sells high end products so be eager to support their customers, but here is how much Dyson cares about you: After you convince their support representative that your product was perfectly maintained and saw typical use, they will tell you …. Sorry but we don’t have parts to solve your problem. In other words, Dyson’s priority is to stock store’s shelves, but you the customer, is of little importance. So, you get to continually fight with your defective vacuum with no idea when you will be cared for. Eventually, Dyson will tell you .. we have a replacement but now you get to send us your defective product and be without your $700 vacuum for another month. When we receive it, we will send you a replacement. So, after more than a month without your already defective vacuum, you will receive a replacement which will keep you happy for a few months until the replacement fails … then you start the process all over again.

Works good. I wish the battery lasted longer however. When running on full power sometimes I feel like I get a solid 6 minutes of vacuuming before it’s spent on a full charge. Medium power it lasts much longer. I love the laser light that shows crumbs and dust on the floor. I thought it would be good enough to toss my corded shark vacuum that I’ve had for several years but I decided to keep it.

Didn't think my home was as dusty as it was until I used this vac... it picked up everything and you can see it all in that see thru canister! This vacuum works very well! I am happy with my purchase

I recommend this product it is lightweight and quiet. I love the fact that it has pushbutton power. Would be nice if Dyson the system dirt bin was slightly larger but besides that I love it.

We bought this to replace the Dyson V7 and are very impressed so far. Definitely enjoy the laser head feature. Battery life is decent and definitely helps that it displays how much is left.

If you have a sub 1000sq ft apartment - get the v12. Anything else, get the v15. You will not regret it. I tried both; the v15 was a much better item for me with the power and larger bin.

The package and the product are nice. Comes with plenty of accessories. I wish the green laser fanned out more like 180 degrees rather than a sharp edge 90 degree field of view. The dust bin can be messy while emptying, need to pull hair and crap out for it to close again. Also, the suction power could be better.

This vacuum is amazing! It charges fast and the charge is more than enough for me to get what I need done. The attachments are great and the cleaning power is life changing.

Amazing vacuum cleaner for our household. We have two toddlers and a dog that sheds A LOT. This vacuum is everything we could ask for and more. It is so slick and makes cleaning fun.

It’s a nice looking but mediocre vacuum. I have an upright Dyson multi floor and it’s amazing vacuum. I saw these on sale for Black Friday and wanted to try it out. The suction is mediocre and best suited for hard floors and battery life when new is not impressive. For these reasons, I decided to return it and just use my crowded Miele for hard floors.

I like the power this vacuum has and I like that I don't have to fool with a cord anymore. The laser shows you all of the dirt and the vacuum is easy to maneuver.

This portable vacuum is easy to use and pics up a fair amount of dust. The battery lasts about 30 mins (auto mode) which is enough to cover separate areas in your home.
