Very good vacuum cleaner. The trash container is a bit small.

Lots of reading reviews from many customers until finally get to this product. So far so good…love the lazer on the floor while I’m vacuum.

This vacuum sucks. (Literally) the laser feature is good for seeing the difference before and after you use it. Pricey, but worth it.

We love this vacuum when it works. It’s been only 8 months since we’ve bought it and we’re having issues with it. Our last Dyson was a cordless stick but with the trigger, which broke. We bought this one since it had an actual on and off button but the vacuum doesn’t stay on for more than 10 seconds. I’ve cleaned the filers, switched out the filters, deep cleaned everything, and it problem still persists. Now this vacuum has been sold out and we can’t get a replacement. So we’re stuck.

Upgraded from a V6 to V12 detect and was worth every penny. Can spot all my dogs hair with the lazer. Would definitely recommend it.

VERY NICE VACUUM. Ended up being too small for our needs and returned for the outsize; but this vacuum IS worth every penny for smaller homes.

Batery doesn’t last and malfunctions meaning it fails to charge at times, the suction capacity is average and the canister is too small

I love my new dyson! It gets every little crumb. I use all the attachments and it’s so easy to clean! Great for car, furniture and floor.

Works as advertised. The convenience of a light wireless vacuum means I am more likely to vacuum which is the main value here. The convenience also means I vacuum in more places too. Only downside is the collection canister is small.

If you have a smaller home or apartment with hard floors, this vacuum is perfect for needing a quick — and deep — clean!

It's on ok vacuum. We had a stick vacuum that broke and needed a new one. The things I don't like a out this one are the smaller chamber so you have to empty it more frequently. Also, on our old one, when you pulled the lever to empty the the chamber that collects all the dirt/debris basically all of it would come out easily. This one has a rubber flange that alot of the hair gets stuck behind. This means you have to dig your hand in the chamber to pull it out. Also, the laser head that comes with this is basically useless in a well lit room. Very hard to see. Do yourself a favor and get A cheaper model with a bigger chamber that empties easier.

The suction is really good on hardwood floors. Head is small, so it takes you longer to complete your task. Battery lasts less than an hour and takes hours to recharge. In most cases, like mine, you will need a second battery.

I’ve had several dyson vacuums and this is the best one yet, the laser really does show you all the areas that need attention

I love this vacuum! Its so lightweight and actually picks up the fine hairs and dust on the floor unlike my Dyson v6

surprisingly short run times; low suction when trying for advertised, longer, run times (60 mins ?) $600 value can only be attributed to competitive price comparison, not function

I absolutely love this vacuum! I had the 11 before and upgraded. Great product and never have regretted buying a dyson!
