Seems like a really cool vaccum to use. Always wanted to get one for some time and finally give in with the $150 discount and applying black friday gift cards on this purcahse. Looking forward tonopening it soon to use it.

The green laser detect light shows you junk on your floor like I've never seen. It should be on every vacuum out there. Also, one of the main reasons I got this one was that it has a button instead of a trigger.

I had high hopes for this one considering its high price point. I love all the features it has, but after 1 year it started to have suction issues. I had to clean the unit thoroughly every month just about. Now coming up on 2 years, suction is even worse even on high speed. Sadly I didn't get the extended warranty, so it looks like this expensive unit is trash. I won't consider a dyson vacuum going forward.

The vacuum salesman Joe in the Clearwater Florida store was a professional about the Dyson products. He really knows everything about Dyson.. What a great salesman.....I really enjoy when I vacuum now.. It's makes vacuum cleaning fun.

Hair and dirt gets stuck on the little wheels on the head of the vacuum that are impossible to clean. It seems like it somewhat lost a pit of suction power. I think for the money, you can get a much much better one.

When you empty the container it is NOT SANITARY! The dust does get out in the air.

Is it the coolest vacuum cleaner I've used so far? By far! The thing gives you a breakdown of what it's cleaned with micron values and everything. My only real complaint so far is the battery situation. For this price point I'd like to see 2 batteries in the box. Not like it has bad runtime, I'm just picky and would like the option to hot swap if needed.

Used 5 times & is clogged…taken it apart & still not working. Capacity is super small & suction is not as good as my shark. Overall disappointed with my expensive vacuum that is currently not working! Ugh!!!

I thought this machine would be perfect for my living space and arrangement but NO, this piece of absolute CRAP cant handle it AT ALL!!!!! bin fills up in 2.2 seconds, and now it tells me I need to clean the filter....I'VE ONLY HAD IT 4DAYS!!!! TOTAL waste of $600, don't buy it

This is a more compact model than our other full-size cord-free machines; the bin will be smaller and hold less debris that larger machines. Definitely would recommend this vaccum.

The reason we got this was the ON/OFF button and not the "Trigger" that you had to keep pressed. Great for spot cleaning or a room or 2, when you just don't want to get the plug-in Dyson out.
