I never imagined spending even half of the amount this vacuum cost. I don't think I could go back to a normal vacuum again. One major factor is this is a vacuum made for people without a lot of carpet. It works fine on stairs and a few carpets but doesn't seem designed for that specifically a it does not excel on carpet. I was able to clean the majority of my house on ECO without an issue which provides excellent battery life. I did need to witch to normal auto for furniture. Its strongest setting has more power than any vacuum I've ever used but have not needed that mode yet. Also the green "laser" is no gimmick, after sweeping a room then using the vacuum the laser was able to show what I truly left behind and as you vacuum it's almost as if the roller is polishing your hardwood floors.

I have owned several models and each one has been an improvement on the last one if that is even possible. There is not a better cordless vacuum on the market.

Amazing stick vacuum , reliable and handles all dirt

It sucks.. everything out of my carpets. It's worth every penny. I upgraded from the V8. I went through my house with it then again with the v15 and emptied the bin 3 times! I was shocked at how much dirt was being left behind. And k thought the green light was a joke but it works so well! It's nice seeing exactly what I might have missed or areas I might have avoided. Even my kids like it lol It's been a month and I haven't had a single hair get wrapped in the brush and I have hair to the middle of my back that falls out like crazy sk it's locked up a ton

I’ve have a dog that sheds like crazy and I first tried a Bissell vacuum but found out it was about the worst vacuum I could buy. After that, I purchased a Shark pro that was great and picked up all of the dirt but missed every follicle of hair. After buying this vacuum I won’t ever buy another brand. It’s quality is second to none!

I really enjoy the green laser on the hard floor attachment. It does light up those small particals.

Great vaccum! Had a shark and before using this one we used the shark on the few carpeted areas. Shark picked did a half bin and it seemed there was nothing else to pick up. Next comes dyson, this thing pulled half our husky out of the carpet (obviously not literally). Was surprised to see so much more hair that we didnt even see!

I used to think of myself as a loyal Dyson customer, having purchased numerous vacuums, air purifiers, etc. This product, however, has not been a good experience. First the battery was defective; after a few weeks, Dyson sent a new one, but that did not fix the problem. Now Dyson tells me I need a new “main body,” but that it is on back order, and they have no idea when it will be available. (But a chat bot thanks me for my continued patience). I’ve owned the product for four months, but have been able to use it for less than half of that time. Disappointing for a product in this price range. I’ve suggested to Dyson that maybe it is time to throw in the towel and either give me a refund or send a replacement vacuum - Dyson is thanking me for my continued patience…..

The unit has a low capacity battery. One bed room and got to recharge the unit...

This was a gift for my wife for Christmas but I couldn’t wait to give it to her so I did and she absolutely loves this vacuum.

I did not know how dirty my floors actually were until this vacuum came to my life.
