The Dyson is quick, nimble, swift, agile, versatile and powerful. It's like someone waived a magic wand and turned a Porche 911 into a vacuum cleaner. Not only is the vacuum delightful to use, but it can be therapeutic mentally and physically. It's therapeutic physically because your eliminating pest, bacteria, and microbes on a scale that no other vacuum can hope to achieve except maybe the Kirby Avalir 2. On top of that the V15's sophisticated canister and filter system prevent harmful contaminants from polluting your air unlike other vacuums that taint your air with what it expels from it's unrefined exhaust system. The Dyson V15 is therapeutic in the mental sense because you have peace of mind that your house is as clean as possible, and every single time you use that thing, you'll know that you're the type of person that enjoys the finer things in life and the Dyson V15 is the best of the best. You surround yourself by beauty, beauty will come to you.

The cleaning power is great for a compact vacuum also the attachments make it great for cleaning almost anything.

Strong suction but bad canister design. Hair and dust get caught above the rubber gasket making it extremely hard to fully empty. You are forced to reach your hand up there which still doesn’t get it all. I watched a YouTube on how to take the canister fully off, something you do not have to do with the outsize. Buy the outsize instead

This is the best Dyson to date. We owned and returned a cordless Dyson model similar to this about 4 years ago because of the weight. They fixed that issue! The new light on the sweeper allows you to see the dust under any lighting conditions. This coupled with the lower weight makes this Vac a must for hard wood / tile floors and the thickest carpets. The only downside is the exorbitant price.

I moved to a new house with many wooden floors. The lazer light on this is worth the money.

Dyson has improved all of the imperfections of it's previous cordless vacuums. The lightweight and green light detection make vacuuming fun! My kids even enjoy doing this chore on a daily basis. I also really appreciate the levels on the handle to let me know how much time I have left of the battery. Highly recommend!

Really gets the dog hair out of carpet. There is an Eco mode that will automatically add more suction when needed.
